Polyester Recycling System and Recycling Method
To provide a polyester recycling system including: a functional layer removing means of removing a functional layer from a laminated polyester film including a polyester film having on a surface thereof the functional layer as a recovered waste material, with a cleaning agent dissolving the polyester film; a recovery means of recovering the polyester film, from which the functional layer has been removed; and a production means of producing a recycled polyester product with the recovered polyester film as a raw material.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED RESIN PELLETS
Provided is a method for producing recycled pellets, capable of using loss films that have been inapplicable so far including a thick loss film, a wide loss film, and a loss film made of a material that has high hardness and therefore is less likely to be bent, and also capable of producing recycled pellets similar to virgin pellets. A method for producing recycled pellets includes the steps of: twisting one or more loss films (R) continuously supplied in one direction while applying a stretch to the loss film; pressurizing a twisted part to pressure-bond contact parts of the loss film (R), thereby forming a twisted string (R); and cutting the twisted string (R) to produce recycled pellets (P). The loss film (R) is preheated at a softening temperature of the loss film (R) prior to twisting the loss film (R) while stretching it.
Polyester film and method for reproducing polyester container using same
The embodiments relate to a polyester film, which comprises a copolymerized polyester resin comprising a diol component and a dicarboxylic acid component and has a heat shrinkage rate of 30% or more in the main shrinkage direction upon thermal treatment at a temperature of 80° C. for 10 seconds and a melting point of 170° C. or higher as measured by differential scanning calorimetry, which not only solve the environmental problems by improving the recyclability of the polyester container, but also are capable of enhancing the yield and productivity, and a process for regenerating a polyester container using the same.

Method for the preparation of biofilm carrier with biochar fixed by thermoplastic resin
The invention, belonging to the field of biological treatment of pollutants and functional materials, presents a method for the preparation of biofilm carrier with biochar fixed by thermoplastic resin. Extrusion grade polyethylene/polypropylene particles are used as the basic material. One or some combination of plant biochar, straw biochar, rice husk biochar, shell biochar, excess sludge and animal waste biochar are used as the functional material. The biofilm carrier with biochar fixed by thermoplastic resin is prepared by the screw extrusion process, which is a simple, flexible and controllable method, and possesses strong adaptability. The reactor with these biofilm carriers has high removal efficiency of refractory organic pollutants.
