The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a textile/thermoplastic resin composite part, comprising the following steps: (a) providing a mould; (b) applying at least one composition (A) comprising at least one thermoplastic resin; (c) heating the mould; (d) applying the textile to the heated thermoplastic resin; (e) cooling the mould; (f) unmoulding.
Keyboard Device and Film Structure
The present invention discloses a film structure for a keycap, including a molding film presenting a shape conforming with the outline of the upper surface outline of the keycap; and a polyurethane (PU) layer disposing on the molding film and engraved a symbol thereon, wherein the symbol indicates a specific keycap. In the present invention, the problems with the symbols of the keycaps becoming dislocated, yellowed and deformed when the keycaps are manufactured with currently available techniques can be overcome, and users can clearly see the symbols on a backlit keyboard.
Integration of Keyboard Device and Film Structure
The present invention discloses a keycap for keys of a keyboard device, wherein the keys are configured on the keyboard, and the keycap is configured on a key body. The keycap includes: a top fabric layer, a keycap body including an upper surface outline, and a molding film. The top fabric layer is used for engraving to have a symbol thereon to transmit light therethrough, wherein each symbol indicates a specific keycap. The molding film is disposed between the top fabric layer and the keycap body to render the top fabric layer in a specific shape matching with the upper surface outline. In the present invention, the problems with the symbols of the keycaps becoming dislocated, yellowed and deformed when the keycaps are manufactured with currently available techniques can be overcome, and users can clearly see the symbols on a backlit keyboard.
Methods and systems for inkjet printing on co-curable paint film
Methods for placing an indicia on a composite structure generally include printing the indicia on a first film surface of a coating film, with the coating film being in a partially cured state at the time the printing the indicia is performed, and positioning the coating film on a partially cured composite structure such that a second film surface of the coating film faces and is positioned against a surface of the composite structure, with the second film surface being opposite the first film surface. Finally, the coating film and the composite structure may then be co-cured. Systems for printing an indicia on a composite structure generally include the coating film, a printer configured to print the indicia on the first film surface of the coating film, a securement configured to secure the coating film during printing, and a curing device for co-curing the coating film and the composite structure.
Vehicle External Surface Component and Method for Producing a Vehicle External Surface Component
A vehicle external surface component is disclosed having a layer structure having an SMC layer forming an outer skin layer and having a reinforcing structure connected to the SMC layer and having a core layer, wherein, according to some embodiments, the SMC layer has a reduced thickness of, for example, less than 2 mm, in particular 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm and particularly preferably 1.5 mm to 1.8 mm and/or has a reduced density of less than 1.3 kg/dm.sup.3, in particular between 1.2 kg/dm.sup.3 and 1.0 kg/dm.sup.3. The disclosure further relates to a method for producing such a vehicle external surface component.
TRIM COMPONENT FOR COVERING AN INTERIOR SPACE OF A MEANS FOR TRANSPORTING PASSENGERS AS WELL AS METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A TRIM COMPONENT
The present invention relates to a trim component for covering an interior space of a means for transporting passengers, in particular a vehicle, wherein the trim component includes a compressed natural fiber composite element with at least one side that is visible from the interior space of the means for transporting passengers and that forms a natural fiber surface with a structure of natural fibers, and a protective varnish layer applied onto the natural fiber surface and surrounding the natural fibers, with the protective varnish layer being designed such that the structure of natural fibers can be felt. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing such a trim component and a means for transporting passengers having such a trim component.
Decorative sheet, decorative molded article, and decorative module
A decorative sheet is caused to emit light from part of the front surface to improve the design features. A decorative sheet 1 according to an embodiment includes a first refractive index layer (high refractive index layer) 11 having a first refractive index, a decorative layer 14, a second refractive index layer (low refractive index resin layer) 12 that has a second refractive index lower than the first refractive index and is provided between the first refractive index layer and the decorative layer, and a light diffusion layer 15 that is provided in partial contact with one surface of the first refractive index layer and diffuses light entering from the first refractive index layer so that light is released from part of the front surface of the decorative sheet. A resin molded body 21 may be integrally laminated on the back surface side of the decorative sheet 1 to form a decorative molded article 2. In addition, the decorative molded article 2 may be provided with a light source 31 that injects light from the side surface of the decorative sheet 1 to form a decorative module 3.
TRANSFER FILM, USE THEREOF AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A TRANSFER FILM AS WELL AS METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN INJECTION-MOLDED ARTICLE DECORATED WITH A TRANSFER PLY OF A TRANSFER FILM
A transfer film, in particular hot-stamping film, which includes a carrier film and a transfer ply with a top coat arranged on the carrier film and detachable from the carrier film, wherein a master structure is molded on the carrier film on its side facing the transfer ply, and wherein the top coat includes a structuring which has a structure complementary to the master structure.
Decorative resin molded article and its production method
A decorative resin molded article includes a resin sheet having, as formed on one side thereof, convex projections made of an ink containing a UV-curable resin and a colorant, and therefore having, on that one side thereof, a design of a color pattern and a concave and convex pattern synchronizing with each other, and a resin injection-molded body as laminated and integrated on the other side of the resin sheet through injection molding of a synthetic resin thereon.
