A method of molding a thermoplastic resin material includes: a first molding step in which a second mold that, with a first mold, nips and presses the thermoplastic resin material and molds a product, is divided into plural sections, and one section at the divided second mold is structured so as to be able to enter into and exit from another section, and the one section is made to protrude-out with respect to the another section, and, at the one section, the thermoplastic resin material is pressed, and a portion of the product is molded; and a second molding step in which, after the first molding step, the one section is retracted into the another section, and, at the another section, the thermoplastic resin material is pressed, and a remaining portion of the product is molded.

Embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to a clamp assembly that includes: a first base and a second base; and a mold operational to be clamped between the first base and the second base. The clamp assembly is operational to stretch and compress the clamped mold without movement of the first base and the second base. For instance, each of the first base and the second base may include a plurality of apertures with pegs that are associated with the mold, where the pegs are operational for stretching and compressing the mold through adjustment. Further embodiments pertain to methods of moving a mold by utilizing the clamp assemblies of the present disclosure.

The present disclosure provides a material processing method and a molding machine used therein. The molding machine includes a pressing module, a heating module, and an air supplying module. The method includes: placing material to be processed within a material molding space of the molding machine, and supplying air to an air passage provided in the material by the air supplying module; heating the material by the heating module according to a preset heating parameter; and pressing the material by the pressing module according to a preset pressing parameter. The present disclosure can avoid abnormal shape changes caused during secondary processing operations and ensure the molding effect to a greatest extent.

A material processing method and a molding machine therefor are described. The molding machine comprises a pressing module, a heating module, and an air supplying module. The method comprises: placing material to be processed within a material molding space of the molding machine, and supplying air to an air passage provided in the material by the air supplying module; heating the material by the heating module according to a preset heating parameter; and pressing the material by the pressing module according to a preset pressing parameter.
