Method and an apparatus for moving objects away from a mould
A method for conveying a concave object having a lateral wall away from a mould comprises the steps of: providing a removing element, movable along a path, and a guiding element; extracting the object from the mould and releasing the object onto a supporting surface in a position interposed between the removing element and the guiding element, while the removing element is at a distance from the object; displacing the removing element towards the object, so that the removing element makes contact with the lateral wall; moving the removing element along a portion of the path, to convey the object towards a delivery position.
A COMPRESSION MOULDING APPARATUS
An apparatus comprises: at least one mould for forming an object from a dose of polymeric material; a conveying device having a central support rotatable about a first axis the conveying device comprising at least one conveying element movable along a first closed path for collecting the dose and subsequently releasing the dose in the mould; a removing device having a central body rotatable about a second axis, the removing device comprising at least one removing element movable along a second closed path for conveying the object away from the mould.
The first axis is distinct from the second axis and at least one point exists at which one path selected from between the first closed path and the second closed path overlaps another path selected from between the second closed path and the first closed path.
MOLDING RESIN TO FORM CONTINUOUS STRUCTURES
A molding apparatus includes a movable molding surface with molding cavities, a pressure shoe with a stationary outer surface that defines in cooperation with the molding surface a pressure zone, and a resin source configured to introduce molten resin into the pressure zone to be forced into the molding cavities by pressure in the pressure zone. The molding surface is movable with respect to the pressure shoe to introduce molding cavities to the pressure zone to be filled with resin while the outer surface of the pressure shoe and the molding surface define in between an entrance gap of decreasing width upstream of the pressure zone. The outer surface of the pressure shoe is spaced from the molding surface in the pressure zone to define a minimum gap at which the outer surface of the pressure shoe has a slope parallel to the molding surface. The pressure shoe is adapted to be held in a flexed condition against resin in the pressure zone while forcing resin into the cavities, with the outer surface of the pressure shoe curved upstream of the pressure zone.

Imprint apparatus and method of detecting peeling defect in the same
An imprint apparatus includes: a pressure roller configured to press a film onto a substrate; an idle roller spaced from the pressure roller, the idle roller and pressure roller being configured to peel the film from the substrate; a pressure sensor connected to the pressure roller and configured to sense a first pressure applied to the pressure roller; and a controller configured to detect a peeling defect based on the first pressure.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INJECTION OVERMOULDING
The invention concerns an injection overmoulding device comprising at least one indexed rotary turret on which cooled moulds are installed, each mould comprising a plurality of cavities, and at least five stationary stations arranged around said turret, including at least a first station, a second station and a third station that are used, respectively, for carrying out the operations of positioning the inserts in the cavities of the mould, injecting plastic material into the cavities of the mould, and demoulding the at least partially cooled objects. The device comprises, for each mould, at least separate injection means. The invention also concerns a method implemented by the device.
