A hollow body molding device forming a hollow molded body in a main cavity of a mold having in its one end a pressure port including a floating core by injecting molten resin through an injection gate into the main cavity having an outlet, and then pressure-injecting pressurized fluid through the pressure port into the main cavity to move the core toward the outlet through the resin injected into the main cavity to extrude the resin through the outlet and discharge it into a waste cavity, the device having: a floating core accommodating portion located between the outlet and a communication passage leading to the waste cavity and adjoins the main cavity and accommodates the core moved to the outlet by the fluid, in the device, a floating core accommodating portion inside diameter is smaller than a main cavity outlet diameter and is larger than a floating core outside diameter.
Method for producing a tube and injection-molding device
The invention relates to a method for producing a tube by injection molding a thermoplastic molding compound by using an injection-molding device with an article cavity, which defines the outer contour of the tube, and with an injection device, which is designed to drive a profile through the article cavity filled with the thermoplastic molding compound and thereby displace a liquid core of the molding compound, wherein the method envisages closing an opening of the article cavity with a mould core, which with the article cavity forms a hollow mould space and which has a secondary cavity that can be filled with the molding compound. After the filling of the article cavity and the hollow mould space with the thermoplastic molding compound, a projectile is driven through the article cavity, wherein the projectile displaces the molding compound into the secondary cavity. Subsequently, the mould core with the filled secondary cavity is pulled, wherein the displaced molding compound is separated from the molding compound forming the tube. The invention also relates to an injection-molding device for carrying out the method.

The disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a component composed of a thermoplastic having at least one hollow space in the interior for a two-wheeler by means of plastic injection molding, said method comprising the following steps: closing the configured injection molding tool; injecting a plasticized thermoplastic melt into the closed injection molding tool; injecting at least one fluid into the closed injection molding tool to displace the plastic core from the interior of the component; and opening the injection molding tool and demolding the component. wherein the component is a handlebar.
INJECTION-MOLDED HOSE
Disclosed and described is a hose for attachment to a dispensing cartridge for placement in a peristaltic pump, for stretching over a rotor of the peristaltic pump, and for conveying a medium by external mechanical deformation of the hose. The hose has a length of preferably 20 mm to 200 mm, an internal cross-sectional area of 0.07 to 7.07 mm.sup.2, and a wall thickness of 0.3 mm to 2.2 mm. Thickenings are formed at both ends of the hose and the distance between the thickenings is 40 mm to 100 mm. According to the invention, it is provided that the hose is manufactured by an injection molding process, the inner cross-sectional area has a tolerance of at most ±33%, and the hose is suitable for closing completely when stretched over the rotor with a tension force of 1 to 10 N.

Injection-molding device for producing multi component moldings and method for producing multi-component moldings
The invention relates to an injection-molding device for producing multi-component moldings from a thermoplastic molding compound, comprising a mold, forming a first article cavity, comprising means for filling the first article cavity with the thermoplastic molding compound, comprising an injection device for injecting a fluid against a projectile to be driven, wherein the injection device comprises a projectile carrier with at least one injection nozzle and with at least one projectile receptacle for a projectile as a displacer for the molding compound. The injection-molding device also comprises a mold insert, which forms a continuation of the first article cavity and encloses the projectile carrier, wherein the projectile carrier forms with the mold insert a second article cavity that can be filled with the molding compound, wherein the mold insert has a separate sprue and wherein the second article cavity of the mold insert can be sealed off for a time with respect to the first article cavity by means of movable mold parts. The invention also relates to a method for producing multi-component moldings by using the injection-molding device.
Method and device for producing a tube from thermoplastic synthetic material via injection moulding
The invention relates to a method for producing a tubular component as an article from a thermoplastic synthetic material while using an injection-molding device having a tool that forms an article cavity, having means for filling the article cavity with a thermoplastic molding compound, and having an injection device for injecting a fluid into the article cavity, wherein the injection device comprises a nozzle body, wherein the method provides that the nozzle body is used as a mold core for molding the shape of an end of the article, that the nozzle body is used as a carrier for an additional component to be incorporated into the article, wherein: a) the nozzle body first equipped with the additional component, b) the nozzle body is introduced into the closed article cavity, or the tool is closed around the nozzle body, c) the article cavity in a further method step is at least partially filled with the thermoplastic molding compound, d) a pressurized fluid is then induced into the article cavity by means of the injection device, wherein part of the molding compound is displaced into a secondary cavity, and e) the article is de-molded. The invention furthermore relates to an injection-molding device for carrying out the method.
