When opening or closing mould, driven by the mould transferring mechanism, the brake auxiliary mechanism and the mould transferring mechanism make the movable plate move forward or backward in a horizontal direction, and the mould transferring mechanism is separated from the mould clamping mechanism by the brake auxiliary mechanism, and the brake auxiliary mechanism is in the first state. When braking, a linkage is formed between the brake mechanism and the mould transferring mechanism, the brake auxiliary mechanism is in the second state, and the mould clamping mechanism locks the movable plate.

A polymer injection molding system in one embodiment includes a manifold comprising internal flow conduits configured for conveying polymer in a fluidic state. The manifold may be part of a hot or cold runner type molding unit. An injection nozzle fluidly coupled to the flow conduits interfaces with a mold cavity and is configured to inject polymer therein to form a molded article. The nozzle has a tubular valve body defining a central axial passage which receives a movable elongated valve pin. The valve pin is linearly movable to change the nozzle between open and closed positions for discharging or stopping polymer flow therefrom. The valve pin is further rotatable about its axis to induce shear on the polymer. This maintains the polymer in its flowable fluidic state between molding cycles to prevent polymer cold slug formation within the nozzle which can disrupt the flow resulting in incompletely formed articles.

The clamp assembly further includes (c) a clamp chamber for urging the clamp piston towards the clamping position when pressurized; (d) a return device for urging the clamp piston towards the meshing position when pressure in the clamp chamber is relieved; and (e) a mold break chamber for urging the clamp piston towards the mold break position when pressurized. The mold break chamber is bounded axially by opposed surfaces of the tie bar and the return device.

A fixed crank driving mechanism is provided, and belongs to the field of a crank driving mechanism, including a servo motor provided at one side of a fixed template, where the servo motor is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft, each end of two ends of the rotating shaft is connected with a crank, a tip end of the crank is movably connected with an elbow-shaped transmission arm, the elbow-shaped transmission arm is movably connected with a piston rod of an oil cylinder through a connecting seat, the connecting seat and the oil cylinder are fixedly provided on a movable template, the movable template is movable along guide posts, and one end of each of the guide posts is vertically and fixedly connected with the fixed template. The fixed crank driving mechanism reduces the weight of the movable template and the load of the servo motor.
