MOULD FOR THE FORMING OF ARTICLES FOR SEMI-FINISHED ARTICLES OR THE LIKE
The mould for the forming of articles, semi-finished articles or the like, includes a first die and a second die associable in such a way as to define a final form of an article, a semi-finished article or the like. The second die is movable between a first disengagement position, wherein it is substantially spaced away from the first die, and a work position, wherein it is substantially in contact with the first die. At least one of the first die and the second die includes at least a sensor device for detecting the work position of the second die.
Injection molding system
Provided is an injection molding system that uses an identification code, collectively manages the specifications and combinations of an injection molding machine and peripheral devices, and secures a suitable production state for a combination of a wide variety of specifications. An injection molding system include: an injection molding machine; a plurality of peripheral devices; an identification code attached to the injection molding machine and each of the plurality of peripheral devices, and having identification information of the injection molding machine and each of the plurality of peripheral devices; a code reader that reads the identification code; and a management unit including a storage unit that stores a correct combination of the identification code of the injection molding machine and the plurality of peripheral devices, and a confirmation determination unit for confirming whether the correct combination stored in the storage unit matches the identification code read by the code reader.
Tooling system
A tooling system may comprise a tool scanner, a tool database, and a user interface device. The tool scanner may be configured to scan a tool identifier on a tool. The tool database may have tool information associated with the tool identifier. The user interface device may be in communication with the tool scanner and the tool database. The user interface device may receive tool information from the tool database in response to the scan by the tool scanner, concurrently display a tool issue description and a tool issue image from the tool information of the tool database, receive a tool area selection with respect to the tool issue image, and provide access to a tool issue history from the tool database in response to the tool area selection.

The invention relates to a mould (1) for manufacturing three-dimensional items, comprising a body (2); a lid (4) configured to close said body (2); and incorporated closing and opening means (5) configured to keep the body (2) and the lid (4) joined during the movement thereof. A machine (M1) for manufacturing three-dimensional items, comprising a receiving module (M2) configured to receive the mould (1); a conditioning module (M3) configured to receive the mould (1) from the receiving module (M2) and act on the incorporated closing and opening means (5) in order to separate the lid (4) from the body (2); and a handling module (M4) configured to receive the body (2) from the conditioning module (M3) and enable the placement of the components of the item to be manufactured. A method for manufacturing three-dimensional items and manufacturing plant associated with said machine (M1).

The device may be configured to automatically activate, without a user-initiated scan, communication with at least one of the machine tool and the tool database in response to the identifier being within the predefined proximity. The device may also be configured to transfer tool information of the machine tool with respect to the tool database.

METHOD FOR VIEWING AND SELECTING PRODUCTION RESOURCES, IN PARTICULAR PERIPHERAL DEVICES, FOR THE INJECTION MOLDING INDUSTRY, AND AN INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATION
Method for viewing and selecting production resources, in particular peripheral devices, for the injection molding industry, which are organized in at least one work cell for producing an injection-molded part and connected to one another via a network. Following a manual storage request on a control device, in particular a work cell controller, or on a production resource, in particular a processing machine, all connected production resources are queried and defined data, such as the respective settings, as well as program sequences, formulations and other configurations, are read out from these and, together with the internal settings, in particular those of the processing machine, combined to form a mold data record for this injection-molded part. A listing of production resources for the injection-molded part producible on this processing machine can be automatically generated from the mold data record and displayed at an output location, preferably of the processing machine.
