The injection molded slide actuator has an X, Y, and Z axis with the slide track member having at least one track slot extending along they and the Z direction and said slide carrier having at least one cooperating outwardly extending side members for engaging the at least one track slot.
FAN, AIR CONDITIONER INCLUDING THE FAN, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE FAN
A fan includes an inlet part disposed to form a fan inlet, a base disposed to form, together with the inlet part, a fan outlet, and a blade. The blade extends from the base to the inlet part, and includes a first guide surface having an inclination toward an outside of the fan in a radial direction of the fan which changes in a direction from the inlet part toward the base, and a second guide surface having an inclination toward the outside of the fan in the radial direction which changes in a direction from the base toward the inlet part.
SEGMENTED MOLDING CORE SYSTEM OF AN INJECTION MOLD, A METHOD OF INJECTION MOLDING A HOLLOW ARTICLES FORMED THEREBY
Provided is an injection mold and a method of injection molding having a molding core system. The molding core system including a plurality of co-operable components manipulable between a first molding position at which the core system is fully deployed and a second position in which the core system is configured to axially retract and radially contract into a second drawing position, the outer shape of said core system being substantially complementary to the inner shape of the molded article.
SEGMENTED MOLDING CORE SYSTEM OF AN INJECTION MOLD, A METHOD OF INJECTION MOLDING A HOLLOW ARTICLES FORMED THEREBY

The molding core system including a plurality of co-operable components manipulable between a first molding position at which the core system is fully deployed and a second position in which the core system is configured to axially retract and radially contract into a second drawing position, the outer shape of said core system being substantially complementary to the inner shape of the molded article.
Core lifter with replaceable breakaway lifter blade coupling arrangement
A core lifter having a lifter bar assembly formed of an elongate lifter bar with a replaceable lifter bar extension coupling carrying a coupling ball pivotably, rotatably, and translationally coupled to a lifter base fixed to an ejector plate of a plastic injection molding apparatus, the bar extension coupling removably coupled to the bar by a coupling joint configured to automatically self-align the bar relative to the base and mold in which the bar extends in a direction generally orthogonal to a lengthwise extent of the bar. Bar extension coupling is formed of an extension link having one end carrying the ball and an opposite end slidably coupled to an end of the bar by coupling joint. A preferred extension link is of breakaway sacrificial construction and slidably attached to the bar via a coupling joint that is a floating dovetail joint.
Apparatus and method for manufacturing crash pad
An apparatus and method for manufacturing a crash pad with a foaming layer formed by injecting a foaming solution between a core and a skin are disclosed. The apparatus includes a first mold and a second mold used to form the skin by injecting molten resin of a skin material into a skin forming cavity when the first and second molds are combined. In addition, a third mold and the fourth mold form the core by injecting molten resin of a core material into a core forming cavity when the third and fourth molds are combined. The first mold has a vacuum aperture in an inner surface of the first mold to adsorb and fix a thread to implement a stitch before the forming of the skin, and the vacuum aperture exerts a vacuum suctioning force to absorb and fix via a vacuum pressure applied from a vacuum pressure providing unit.
SLIDE ASSEMBLY FOR INJECTION MOLDS
A slide assembly for injection molds includes a closing wedge, a slide body provided with a hole for at least partially housing said closing wedge, and a figure insert coupled to the slide body. The figure insert in the use position is vertically and horizontally movable with respect to the slide body. The slide assembly is both economical and simple.
Injection molding tool and method
A piston for use in a cartridge for dispensing multi-part fluids, the piston being injection molded and having integrally formed circumferential seals, wherein the piston is molded in the absence of a longitudinal parting line across the seals. A tool for forming a piston having a plurality of circumferential seals for use in a cartridge for dispensing multi-part fluids, the tool comprising a plurality of segments together defining a piston cavity corresponding to an outer periphery of the piston.
DEVICE FOR EJECTING A MOULD, COMPRISING A CHAIN WITH SLIDING LINKS AND AN ADJUSTMENT SHIM
An ejection device having a pushing device that can be moved in translation along a first axis, an ejection element is translatable along a second axis different from the first axis, and a transfer device connecting the pushing device and the ejection element. The transfer device includes a transmission chain having at least two transmission links which are translatable in a sliding direction. The ejection device further includes an adjustment wedge mounted on the pushing device, the adjustment wedge having an adjustment surface forming an adjustment angle, with the transmission chain being mounted on the adjustment surface.
SLIDE MECHANISM, FIXING MOLD, MOVABLE MOLD AND MOLDING MOLD
Provided is a sliding mechanism capable of moving a slider in at least two different directions with a simple structure. The sliding mechanism includes a guide body including a guide unit configured to guide a slider in predetermined directions; and the slider is guided by the guide unit to move in the predetermined directions. The predetermined directions at least include a first direction and a second direction which are different from each other, and the guide unit at least includes a first guide unit configured to guide the slider in the first direction and a second guide unit configured to guide the slider in the second direction.
