Provided is an apparatus for taking out a molded product capable of displaying information for facilitating adjustment on a display screen when performing adjustment for shortening a take-out time and a cycle time. The apparatus for taking out a molded product includes: a set condition storing section; an operation time counting section operable to count an actual operation time from a time when a plurality of set operations are started till a time when the operations are completed; an operation time storing section operable to store, the plurality of actual operation times counted by the operation time counting section; a display section including a display screen; a display control section; and a data computing section. The display control section displays on the display screen identification indications for a plurality of set operations, set values for the set operations, and the actual operations times stored in the operation time storing section.

An operation quantity determination device for determining an operation quantity related to a molding machine, includes an observation unit configured to acquire observation data obtained by observing a physical quantity related to molding by the molding machine when the molding is executed, a state expression unit configured to generate a state expression map expressing a state of the molding machine based on the observation data acquired by the observation unit, and an operation quantity output unit configured to output the operation quantity based on the state expression map generated by the state expression unit.

In the present invention, constructed is a highly reliable system that does not allow unforeseen conditions to occur in the remote diagnosis of a clamp device. All combinations of status of a state detection switch mounted on a clamp device are anticipated in advance by a recursive method, and the states are defined with no omissions. The present invention displays the same molding condition on an injection molding device and on an upper level management device. This molding condition display system includes an injection molding device and a management device. The injection molding device comprises: a display; a storage unit for storing a first molding condition display program that causes the display to display molding conditions, and a second molding condition display program that corresponds to the first molding condition display program and that causes a display device of the management device to display the molding conditions stored in the management device; and a transmission unit that transmits the second molding condition display program from the storage unit of the injection molding device to the management device. The management device comprises a reception unit that acquires the second molding condition display program from the injection molding device.

A control device of an injection molding machine, the control device including an output part configured to output, to a display device, waveform information indicating, by a waveform, a change of each item indicating an actual value detected in a process by the injection molding machine; and a receiving part configured to receive an operation to specify a range of the waveform information, wherein the output part further outputs, to one or both of the display device and a storage device, information indicating a characteristic of each of the items included in the specified range.

A controller of an injection molding machine includes an acquisition part configured to acquire signals from a detection device that detects an operation of the injection molding machine, a reading part configured to read a file representing a past performance value which is a detection result of operations of the injection molding machine or of another injection molding machine from a storage medium in accordance with a manipulation received by an operating device, and an output part configured to output a screen including first waveform information that represents a change of the past performance value indicated in the file and second waveform information that represents a change of a performance value indicated by the signals acquired by the acquisition part.

A controller for an injection molding machine includes a display device displaying various screens of the injection molding machine and configured to receive a screen operation by a user through an operation interface. The controller is configured to, in a case where it is determined that a display character siring exceeding a display width in a standard font size is to be displayed in a character string display field provided on the various screens, cause the display device to display the entire display character string in a font with a reduced horizontal width ratio in a state where a vertical width ratio of the font is maintained.

An injection molding machine management system that manages an injection molding machine configured to mold a molded product by injection molding, and the injection molding machine management system includes: a physical quantity acquisition unit configured to acquire physical quantity information including at least any one of a first physical quantity representing a physical quantity related to the injection molding of the injection molding machine, a second physical quantity representing a physical quantity related to the injection molding of a molding mold mounted on the injection molding machine, and a third physical quantity representing a physical quantity related to quality of the molded product; a storage unit configured to store a cumulative number of shots of the molding mold in a predetermined maintenance period and the physical quantity information in time series; and a display unit configured to display a display screen on which the cumulative number of shots and a physical quantity included in the physical quantity information are displayed in the same time series.
