METHOD FOR WELDING A HEAT SHIELD DURING MANUFACTURING OF A VEHICLE COMPONENT
A method for welding a heat shield during manufacturing of a vehicle component made from a thermoplastic material. The heat shield includes: a reinforcement layer made from a thermoplastic material which is weldable to the thermoplastic material of the vehicle component; and a heat shielding material that differs from the thermoplastic material of the reinforcement layer and is configured to decrease transfer of heat through the reinforcement layer to the vehicle component. The method includes: heating the heat shield to bring the thermoplastic material of the reinforcement layer in a molten state; placing the heated heat shield in a mold; bringing into the mold the thermoplastic material of the vehicle component in a molten state; welding the thermoplastic material of the reinforcement layer being in a molten state to the thermoplastic material of the vehicle component being in a molten state, by blow molding the vehicle component in the mold.

The washing machine includes a casing having a front surface on which a laundry inlet is formed, a tub which is disposed in the casing and has an opening at a front surface thereof, a drum which is rotatably provided in the tub, a pump which pressure-feeds water discharged from the tub, a gasket which forms a passage connecting the laundry inlet and the opening to each other, a plurality of nozzles which is provided on an inner peripheral surface defining the passage of the gasket and injects the water pressure-fed by the pump into the drum, and a circulating water supply pipe which is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the gasket opposite to the inner peripheral surface and guides the water pressure-fed by the pump to the plurality of nozzles.
Preform and container adapted for accommodating an insert piece, with methods and apparatus for their production
The invention provides a mould core and injection moulding apparatus for the production of a preform using a mould core which in the zone for defining the neck part of the preform comprises a combination of a raised portion and a shallow groove with a depth of 0.01 to 1 mm provided in the raised portion, for defining an internal attachment means in the neck of the preform. The invention also provides a preform and a container made from the preform, with internal attachment means in the neck. The internal attachment means is carried out rotation symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the preform. The combinations with an insert piece, preferably a pouring spout, flexible hose or dosing cap, have also been described. Furthermore, the invention provides an injection moulding method for the preform production and a stretch blow moulding method for the container production.

Molded Vehicle Component With Integral Heat Shield and Method of Making the Same
An exemplary fuel tank includes a plastic container and an integral composite heat shield. The plastic container has an outer layer formed from high-density polyethylene. The heat shield has a heat reflective layer, an attachment layer, and a non-woven insulation layer having a bonding portion that includes bi-component fibers. The outer layer of the plastic container permeates and bonds to at least a portion of bonding portion of the non-woven insulation layer.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FLEXIBLE POUCH MADE OF FLEXIBLE THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL
A method for producing a flexible pouch made of flexible thermoplastic material, including steps of: (i) preparing hot flexible thermoplastic material in a pasty state, (ii) placing a so-called proximal pre-molded insert onto a mounting such that the insert is arranged in a ring around the mounting, (iii) coating all or part of the insert with hot flexible thermoplastic material in the pasty state, (iv) locking the blow-mold shells around the insert, and (v) injecting a pressurized gas into the chamber so as to expand the sleeve from inside onto the inner surface of the mold or expand the sleeve from the outside by creating negative pressure inside the chamber.
Valve Device and Blow Molding System
Disclosed are a valve device and a blow molding system. The valve device is applied to a blow mold and one or two decorative leathers for affixing to a bottle body is/are placed in the blow mold. The valve device comprises a base and at least one pintle arranged on the base, with one pintle being inserted into a vacuum suction hole of the blow mold. The valve device opens the vacuum suction holes to create negative pressure and enable decorative leather to be adsorbed to the inner wall of the blow mold, and blocks the vacuum suction holes to achieve detachment between the decorative leather and the inner wall of the blow mold, to adhere the decorative leather to the bottle body to complete the production.
