WATER STORAGE TANK BLADDER, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, WATER STORAGE TANK INCLUDING BLADDER, AND WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS INCLUDING WATER STORAGE TANK
Disclosed are a water storage tank bladder, a manufacturing method therefor, the water storage tank including the bladder, and a water treatment apparatus including the water storage tank. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the water storage tank bladder used in the water storage tank to receive and store water and discharge the stored water has a lower side of which the thickness can be thicker than the thickness of the upper side of the bladder and thicker than the thickness of the lateral sides of the bladder.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FILLING CONTAINERS WITH LINERS
A system, that includes a container, that includes a first container opening, a liner disposed in the first container opening, a pump connected to the container, and a controller, where the controller is programmed to perform a method for filling the container with the liner, that includes making a first determination that a power on condition is satisfied, in response to the first determination, providing power to the pump, and after providing the power to the pump, making a second determination that a power off condition is satisfied, and in response to the second determination, cutting the power to the pump.
EXTRUSION-BLOW-MOULDING METHOD AND DEDICATED ROBOT
Some embodiments are directed to an extrusion blow-molding method for the manufactures of blown objects with at least one label integrated in situ, and also including a robot implementing this method.
Multi-barrier bottles having tabbed preforms, and methods of forming the same
Multi-barrier bottles having tabbed preforms, as well as methods of forming the same are disclosed. A tabbed preform includes an elongate body extending into a cavity of a first barrier, where the cavity is defined by at least one piece having a recess therein. The tabbed preform further includes at least one preform extension piece extending from the elongate body at a predetermined distance from a top surface of the elongate body. The at least one preform extension piece is sized and shaped to correspond to a size and a shape of the recess.
A System and Method for In-Mould Labelling
The present invention relates to a system and method for in-mould labelling of articles. In particular, the present invention pertains to a system and method for in-mould labelling of multiple labels on two or more adjacent surfaces of a container (102) with polygonal cross-section. The present invention provides a combination of mould formation coupled with a design for magazine and robotic arm (606) to enable simultaneous application of multiple in-mould labels across multiple surfaces of a polygonal container (102) with minimal dead space between the labels. Simultaneous application of multiple labels and the preform inside the mould opening as per the present invention reduces cycle time and increases output efficiency.

Method of producing a hollow body
A method for producing a hollow body for storing gases, the hollow body including at least one boss part having a projection. The method includes providing a sheathing composed of a plastic material or a reactive material, over the at least one boss part, at least in a region of the projection. The sheathed at least one boss part is then heated and introduced into a blow mould, where it is surrounding with a plastic tube to form the hollow body. The plastic tube is then brought into permanent contact with the sheathing on the projection to thereby obtain a permanent material connection between the plastic of the plastic tube to the plastic or the reactive material of the sheathing. An internal pressure is then applied to the plastic of the plastic tube to obtain a final shape of the hollow body.

METHOD, SYSTEM, AND BLOW MOLDING MACHINE FOR BLOW MODLING A CONTAINER
A method for blow molding a container having a fiber-based shell (20) is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of providing a fiber-based shell (20) introducing a preform (30) into the fiber-based shell (20) in order to produce a semi-finished product (60) gripping the semi-finished product (60) by means of a gripper (40) transferring the semi-finished product (60) into a blow molding tool (50) and blowing the container. The gripper (40) presses an inner wall (21) of the fiber-based shell (20) onto an outer surface (31) of the preform (30).
