Hollow article molding method and molding apparatus and hollow article
A hollow article is molded in a state where an inner surface of a neck portion including an inner screw portion is held by an inner neck mold, and then, the hollow article is demolded from the inner neck mold by inserting an ejection rod into the hollow article to be engaged with an inner surface of the hollow article and rotating the hollow article together with the ejection rod.
Blow mold
A blow mold is provided and includes a cavity mold composed of a pair of split molds for forming a cavity in which a preform is to be housed, a link member having one end side pivotably supported by a shaft member, and having on another end side a recess insert die which presses the preform during blow molding to form a grip portion, and a cam member which is provided lateral to the cavity mold so as to be linearly movable, and which presses the link member in accordance with a linear movement thereof to pivot the link member.
Blow mold
A blow mold includes: a pair of movable molds for forming engagement grooves of a container body; and advancing/retreating mechanism units for advancing and retreating the movable molds between a standby position and a molding position. The advancing/retreating mechanism units are equipped with drive shafts to which the movable molds are fixed and which are rotatably supported with respect to a cavity mold; actuator devices which each have a linear-motion shaft capable of advancing and retreating in a direction orthogonal to the drive shaft and which are each swingably provided with respect to the cavity mold; and link members each having an end side fixed to the drive shaft outside the cavity mold and an opposite end side coupled to the linear-motion shaft.
HOLLOW ARTICLE MOLDING METHOD AND MOLDING APPARATUS AND HOLLOW ARTICLE
A hollow article 10 is molded in a state where an inner surface of a neck portion 11 including an inner screw portion is held by an inner neck mold 52, and then, the hollow article 10 is demolded from the inner neck mold 52 by inserting an ejection rod 81 into the hollow article 10 to be engaged with an inner surface of the hollow article 10 and rotating the hollow article 10 together with the ejection rod 81.

EXTRUSION-BLOW-MOLDED PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH UNDERCUT NECK AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION
An extrusion-blow-molded plastic container has a container body closed with a bottom and a neck with a pour opening. An inside wall of the container neck has at least one calibrated structuring, extending at least in places over a periphery of the inside wall. The calibrated structuring is limited in the direction of the container body by a material accumulation shaped as a collar extending at least partially along the periphery of the inside wall and essentially crosswise to a center axis of the neck.
