Plastic tank and method of manufacturing a plastic tank
A tank that includes a tank wall composed of a plastic material, and at least one reinforcing profile member configured to minimize deformation of the plastic tank. The at least one reinforcing profile member is configured for arrangement on an outer side of the tank wall to be engaged by the tank wall and establish a positive material bond connection therewith. The at least one reinforcing profile member has a retaining geometry region with a plurality of openings through and/or into which material of the tank wall extends and onto a rear side of the reinforcing profile member facing away from the tank wall to thereby establish the positive material bond connection between the tank wall and the at least one reinforcing profile member at the retaining geometry region.
SYSTEM FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY FORMING AND FILLING A POLYMERIC CONTAINER
A system for simultaneously forming and filling a polymeric container with a product. The system includes a mold defining a container profile and a mold vacuum vent extending from the container profile to an upper surface of the mold. A striker plate is secured to the upper surface of the mold. The striker plate defines a striker vacuum vent that aligns with the mold vacuum vent to allow some of the product to be pulled by vacuum out of the mold through the mold vacuum vent and the striker vacuum vent.

An apparatus for manufacturing a liquid container, in which a nozzle unit has a seal body disposed in a supply path, the seal body has an annular first seal portion, an annular second seal portion and a spare supply path extending from a flow inlet located between the first seal portion and the second seal portion to a flow outlet located closer to a tip side of the seal body than the second seal portion, and the seal body can move between a blocked position where the first seal portion sits on the supply path, a spare supply position where the first seal portion separates from the supply path and the second seal portion sits on the supply path and an open position where the first seal portion separates from the supply path and the second seal portion separates from the supply path.
POLYMERIC MATERIAL FOR CONTAINER
A vessel is configured to hold a product in an interior region formed in the vessel. The vessel is formed using a blow-molding process in which a multiple layer parison is blow molded to form the vessel. The multiple layer parison is formed in an extrusion process in which a number of extruders are arranged to co-extrude associated inner and outer parisons to establish the multiple layer parison.
Resin-laminated board
A resin-laminated board includes a front-side sheet and a backside sheet layered on each other with a hollow part interposed therebetween. The backside sheet is recessed toward the hollow part to provide a plurality of first recesses and a plurality of second recesses. The front-side sheet and the backside sheet are connected to each other with plural ribs by welding bottoms of the first recesses and the second recesses to the front-side sheet. The resin-laminated board has a thin-plate part having the first recesses with small depth and a thick-plate part having the second recesses with large depth, and the first recesses and the second recesses are arranged at substantially the same pitch.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A PLASTIC TANK
A method for producing a plastic tank includes preparing a tank wall as a hot extrudate. A reinforcing sheet is then attached to at least one region of the outer layer of the hot extrudate. After introducing the attached reinforcing sheet and the hot extrudate into a shaping tool, the shaping tool performs shaping of the hot extrudate and the attached reinforcing sheet to form the tank wall, while simultaneously enhancing the attachment of the reinforcing sheet to the tank wall.
Container manufacturing method
A container manufacturing method includes: a liquid discharge step in which a predetermined amount of liquid (L) in the container (C) is discharged to the outside by supplying pressurized air from air holes (13) provided in a blow molding mold (11) to a cavity (12) and pushing an outer surface of the container (C) after molding by the air; and a headspace forming step in which a headspace (HS) is formed in the container (C) by separating a filling nozzle (22) from a mouth portion (Ca) of the container (C) in a state in which a predetermined amount of liquid (L) is discharged to the outside.

A production method for blowing a container starting from a parison comprising the steps of:
i) positioning a parison inside a forming mould (2) for forming the container;
ii) deforming the parison (10) placed in the mould (2); the step of deforming the parison (10) comprising the sub-steps of: introducing a pressurised fluid into the parison (10) placed in the mould (2); sucking gas which is located inside the mould (2) and outside the parison (10) present in the mould (2).
