The second heating means has a second preform (5) path, imparts a second temperature profile to a preform (5) passing through the second preform (5) path, and has a second dispensing means configured to selectively dispense the preform (5) passing through at least a portion of the second preform (5) path. The first transfer means selectively transfers a preform (5) between the first preform (5) path and the second preform (5) path.

A blow molding apparatus includes: a temperature adjusting unit configured to supply a preform with cooling air to perform a temperature adjustment of the preform, the preform having been inj ection-molded, having a bottomed shape and made of a resin; a blow molding unit configured to blow-mold the preform that has been subjected to a temperature adjustment with blow air, and configured to manufacture a container made of a resin; an air tank configured to supply the temperature adjusting unit with the cooling air; and a recovery unit configured to recover the blow air exhausted from the blow molding unit into the air tank.
Blow molder control systems and methods
Systems and methods control the operation of a blow molder. An indication of a crystallinity of at least one container produced by the blow molder may be received along with a material distribution of the at least one container. A model may be executed, where the model relates a plurality of blow molder input parameters to the indication of crystallinity and the material distribution and where a result of the model comprises changes to at least one of the plurality of blow molder input parameters to move the material distribution towards a baseline material distribution and the crystallinity towards a baseline crystallinity. The changes to the at least one of the plurality of blow molder input parameters may be implemented.

The apparatus also includes a component for the orderly transfer of the predetermined subset of preforms to a control and inspection device adapted to perform at least one control on the predetermined subset of preforms.
