APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
A system for taking out a molded product that does not require an operator to determine the sucking operation start time for a vacuum sucker by himself/herself by trial and error is provided. A controller includes a time interval measuring section configured to measure a time interval judging from an output from a pressure detector. The time interval measuring section measures a stable time interval since the pressure in a pipe reaches a predetermined pressure until a sucking operation start pressure is detected judging from an output from the pressure detector. The sucking operation start pressure indicates that a suction nozzle starts operation to suck up a molded product hereby the predetermined pressure is maintained. A sucking operation start time determining section of the controller determines a sucking operation start time such that a stable time interval is longer than a bias time interval, concurrently with movement control for a moving mechanism.
Injection Molding Apparatus
An injection molding apparatus includes a support that supports a molding die including an upper die and a lower die, and an injection unit that injects a molding material toward a cavity defined by the upper die and the lower die. In the state in which the molding die is supported by the support, the injection unit, the upper die, and the lower die are arranged sequentially from above in the vertical direction. The injection unit includes a rotating flat screw having a groove forming surface in which a groove is formed, a barrel having a flat screw facing surface facing the groove forming surface and having a communication hole into which the molding material flows, and a heater that heats a material supplied to the space between the groove forming surface and the flat screw facing surface, plasticizes at least part of the material through the rotation of the flat screw and the heat produced by the heater to produce the molding material, and delivers the molding material to the communication hole.
APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
Provided is an apparatus for taking out a molded product, which is capable of determining occurrence of a suction error and/or likelihood of a suction error of the molded product with high accuracy and of knowing a cause thereof. A pressure data storing section stores time-series pressure data from a pressure detector. A suction error cause determining section determines occurrence of a suction error and/or likelihood of a suction error of a molded product by a suction member on a basis of a time-series comparison result obtained by comparing the stored time-series pressure data with predetermined time-series reference data. When the suction error cause determining section determines the occurrence of the suction error and/or the likelihood of the suction error, the suction error cause determining section determines a cause of the occurring suction error and a solution therefor based on a time-series change pattern.
APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT, METHOD OF ESTIMATING MASS OF TAKING PORTION OF THE APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
There are provided an apparatus for taking out a molded product that allows a physical amount such as the mass of the taking portion to be easily acquired with a relatively simple configuration. A posture reversing mechanism is provided between the elevating arm and the taking portion to change the direction of the taking portion between an unreversed state in which the taking portion is directed to be able to take hold of the molded product molded in the die, and a reversed state in which the length of the taking portion in the vertical direction is shorter than that in the unreversed state. A sensor detects vibration of the elevating arm. A mass estimating section estimates the mass of the taking portion on the basis of vibration of the elevating arm detected by the sensor when the taking portion is in the reversed state.
APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
Provided is an apparatus for taking out a molded product capable of displaying information for facilitating adjustment on a display screen when performing adjustment for shortening a take-out time and a cycle time. The apparatus for taking out a molded product includes: a set condition storing section; an operation time counting section operable to count an actual operation time from a time when a plurality of set operations are started till a time when the operations are completed; an operation time storing section operable to store, the plurality of actual operation times counted by the operation time counting section; a display section including a display screen; a display control section; and a data computing section. The display control section displays on the display screen identification indications for a plurality of set operations, set values for the set operations, and the actual operations times stored in the operation time storing section.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM FOR PERFORMING ASSEMBLY OPERATION IN MOLD
An injection molding system includes: a first extruding member that extrudes a first molded article from a mold; a robot that transfers the first molded article extruded from the mold to an assembling position in relation to a second molded article in the mold; a second extruding member that extrudes the second molded article from the mold towards the first molded article retained at the assembling position by way of the robot, and assembles the second molded article to the first molded article; and a load detection unit that detects load applied to the second extruding member, in which defect discrimination of the first molded article, the second molded article, or an assembled state of the first molded article and the second molded article is performed, based on load detected by the load detection unit when the second molded article is assembled to the first molded article.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
There is provided a control system for an apparatus for taking out a molded product, the apparatus performing appropriate operation when a collision occurs while a servo system control section is manually operated. When a collision detection section outputs an operation stop command, a deviation clearing section performs clearing operation to bring deviations in a servo system control section to zero with the servo system control section kept on. Positioning is completed as the deviations are brought to zero, which enables operation to be performed again. When a retracting operation is performed after the operation is stopped, servomotors are operated according to an operation command, which allows smooth retraction from the collision state.
APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT AND METHOD OF MONITORING OPERATIONS THEREOF
A cycle time administration section 3 of an apparatus for taking out a molded product of the present invention includes: a measurement section 5 for measuring a cycle time for every one cycle of taking out a molded product; a setting and storing section 7 for setting and storing a target cycle time; a comparison section 9 for comparing the measured cycle time and the target cycle time for every one cycle; a counting section 11 for counting the number of times that the measured cycle times consecutively exceed target time, following the measured cycle time that has first exceeded the target cycle time, if it is determined that the measured cycle time has exceeded the target cycle time as a result of the comparing; and an outputting section 13 for outputting a detection signal if the counted number of times is more than n times.
Measuring device for measuring the space of two selected points on a shaping machine or handling apparatus
A shaping machine or a handling apparatus for a shaping machine includes at least one measuring device for measuring the spacing of two selected points of the shaping machine or the handling apparatus. Furthermore, the at least one measuring device has at least one piezoresistive micromechanical sensor.
APPARATUS FOR TAKING OUT MOLDED PRODUCT
There is provided an apparatus for taking out a molded product that facilitates setting of a user-set lower limit value while maintaining on-off control. A negative pressure control portion includes a determining portion for determining a pressure valve resumption time period that is used to resume a suctioning operation such that an inflection point does not become lower than a user-set lower limit value. The negative pressure control portion continuously performs an off operation, which is performed to keep a pressure valve closed until the pressure valve resumption time period elapses after the suctioning operation is stopped, and an on operation, which is performed to open the pressure valve and keep the pressure valve open until a negative pressure reaches a stable value or an upper limit set value, until suctioning of a molded product is canceled.
