Temperature control apparatus
A temperature control apparatus includes a temperature control branch connected to a feed line for a temperature control medium, a pump system including a pump for conveying the medium, a pump open-loop or closed-loop control device for controlling the output of the pump system, a throttle device having a variable degree of opening for throttling a quantitative through-flow of the medium in the temperature control branch, and an open-loop or closed-loop control device with the degree of opening of the throttle device as a setting value and with a control variable from the group: degree of opening of the throttle device, temperature, temperature difference, through-flow, pressure or a physical value to be derived from that group. The pump open-loop or closed-loop control device is configured to control an operation of the pump to adjust the delivery output of the pump system depending on the degree of opening of the throttle device.

The pump open-loop or closed-loop control device provides for open-loop or closed-loop control of the delivery output of the pump system depending on the degree of opening of the throttle device.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF AN INDUSTRIAL MACHINE
A method for operating a hydraulic system of an industrial machine, which hydraulic system comprises an actuator and a hydraulic pump which are connected fluidically via a hydraulic line which is assigned a pressure sensor. The hydraulic pump comprises an electric motor and a pump head driven by the latter. A pressure within the hydraulic line is measured via the pressure sensor, and a first pressure value is generated therefrom. A second pressure value is determined on the basis of operating data of the electric motor and a theoretical model. A fault is detected if the first pressure value differs from the second pressure value by more than a tolerance value. An industrial machine is also provided.
Multi-control system of mold cooling structure
This invention presents a multi-control system for mold cooling that prevents injection molding product deformation. The system supplies various temperature water through injection mold flow paths to control different mold portion temperatures. Cold and hot water tanks (41, 42) store temperature-adjusted water. Water supply pumps (45) deliver water to conversion distributor A, where opening and closing valves (26) regulate flow to supply branch pipes (24), then first supply pipes (21), through cooling cores (10) flow paths (11). This heats or cools cooling cores (10) and upper and lower molds (1, 2) at different temperatures before returning via first return pipes (22) and return branch pipes (25) to temperature adjustment units (40). Opening and closing valves (26) control water temperature during injection cycles, adjusting pressure and flow rate for each cooling core (10), enabling rapid temperature control and improved productivity while preventing product deformation.
