Injection molding device, injection molding method, and injection molding resin material
An injection molding device includes an injection machine, a molding die, and a high frequency oscillation device. The injection machine injects a resin material containing a dielectric heat generating material while keeping fluidity by temperature control. The molding die includes a cavity being a channel of flow of the resin material, and a pair of electrodes, each of which faces the cavity, the pair of electrodes being disposed to sandwich the resin material therebetween in a direction crossing a direction of the flow. The high frequency oscillation device applies a high frequency alternate-current voltage to the pair of electrodes.
Method for manufacturing a connector
A method and apparatus for manufacturing a connector for a container for medical use intended to administer fluid, the connector including a main body defining an inner channel for fluid to pass through and at least one continuous or discontinuous bead, projecting inside the channel. The method includes: a) producing a tubular conduit with no bead projecting inside the channel, b) inserting at least partially into the tubular conduit a mandrel having, on its outer surface, at least one continuous or discontinuous annular recess, whose dimensions and shape correspond to those of a continuous or discontinuous bead to be formed in the inner channel, c) partially heating the tubular conduit, the part including at least the conduit portion placed at the at least one recess when the mandrel has been positioned in the tubular conduit, such that the material of the tubular conduit fills the at least one recess.

TOOL, TOOL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PARTICLE FOAM PARTS
The present invention relates to a tool, a tool system and a method for the production of particle foam parts, in particular for the manufacture of shoe soles. The shoe sole may be manufactured by welding foam particles using electromagnetic waves. The tool may comprise two mold halves forming a mold cavity corresponding to the shape of the shoe sole. The tool may be arranged between two capacitor plates. The mold cavity may be filled with the foam particles. The tool may then be closed and subjected to electromagnetic waves, in particular radio waves or microwaves, introduced into the mold cavity via the capacitor plates. The foam particles heated by the electromagnetic waves and at least partially fuse or bake together.
