MOLDING DIE, MOLDING DIE SYSTEM, AND COMPRESSION MOLDING METHOD
In a molding die, movable die elements are respectively received in die element receiving holes formed in a frame plate. An end surface of the frame plate, which faces a cavity at a location that is other than locations of the die element receiving holes, forms a frame portion compression surface. An end surface of each movable die element, which faces the cavity, forms a split compression surface. Die element drive devices respectively drive the split compression surfaces of the movable die elements. A whole compression plate commonly supports an opposite end part of the frame plate and opposite end parts of the movable die elements, which are opposite from the cavity. When the whole compression plate is moved forward, the whole compression plate integrally drives the frame plate and the movable die elements forward. A whole drive device drives the whole compression plate.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING FOAM BLOW-MOLDED ARTICLE
A method for producing a foamed blow-molded article, which includes extruding a physical blowing agent-containing foamable molten resin downwardly through a annular die to form a tubular foamed parison, clamping the foamed parison between split molds, and then blow molding it. At the latest before completion of the clamping of the foamed parison between the split molds, a gas is blown toward an inner peripheral surface of an upper portion of the foamed parison, the bottom portion of which has been closed, from a gas ejection outlet located within the foamed parison at a position immediately below the annular die to widen the foamed parison.
BASE FRAME FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
A base frame is used in an injection molding machine provided with a mold clamping unit having a platen, on which at least the mold clamping unit is placed and which supports the mold clamping unit. The base frame includes: a pair of main beams spaced apart from each other in a width direction of the base frame and extending side by side in a longitudinal direction of the base frame; and a platen attachment plate which is disposed on the main beams and to which the platen is attached, in which outer edge portions of the platen attachment plate in the longitudinal direction include welding points joined by welding to the main beams, and the platen attachment plate has a shape in which a length in the longitudinal direction is longer at an outer end than at an inside part in the width direction.
Crack gap mold for producing a particle foam part together with an apparatus for producing a particle foam part
The invention relates to a crack-split moulding tool for producing a foam particle part, having two mould halves (2, 3). The mould halves (2, 3) are pivotably mounted relative to one another such that they can be arranged at a varying distance from each other in certain sections when being filled with foam particles and when pressing together, are moved together at a varying distance until in a closed position, due to a pivoting movement. As a result, it is possible to homogeneously compress areas of the moulding cavity (6) having a different thickness and to compress in a different manner, area having the same thickness.
MOULD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CLOSURES IN COMPRESSION MOULDING MACHINES
A mould for the production of closures with tear-off membrane in a compression moulding machine, comprises: a male die element including a first abutment surface and a female die element movable relative to each other along a moulding orientation. The mould is positionable between a closed configuration, in which the male die element and the female die element are in contact with each other, and an open configuration, in which the male die element and the female die element are spaced apart. The female die element includes: a first block, a second block and a third block, aligned with each other and movable along the moulding orientation; a first spring, interposed between the first block and the second block; a second spring, interposed between the second block and the third block and configured to apply an opening force along the moulding orientation. The first spring is configured to apply a closing force along the moulding orientation to keep the second block and the first block in contact with each other when no other forces are applied.
A CLAMPING TONG AND A MOULD SYSTEM COMPRISING THE SAME
Disclosed are a mould system and a clamping tong for securing a mould item part in a mould of a mould system. The clamping tong comprises: a primary tong segment comprising a primary clamping surface for applying clamping pressure on a clamping portion of a mould item part; a secondary tong segment coupled to the primary tong segment and comprising a secondary clamping surface for applying clamping pressure on a clamping portion of the mould. The clamping tong being configured to change between a clamping state and a release state, wherein the distance between the primary clamping surface and the secondary clamping surface in the clamping state is shorter than the distance between the primary clamping surface and the secondary clamping surface in the release state.
Apparatus for Automatic Manufacturing of Wind Turbine Blades
An apparatus and method for the automatic manufacturing of wind turbine blades, including an elongate tool support (2) with a main suspension beam (4), a plurality of support frames (8) supporting the main suspension beam (4) above the wind turbine blade mould (1), an elongate guide rail (5) provided on the main suspension beam (4) so as to extend longitudinally along the main suspension beam (4), a slider base (6) slidably mounted on the guide rail (5), a drive mechanism (53) for driving the slider base (6) longitudinally along the guide rail (5) and a tool holder (7) mounted on the slider base (6). The apparatus/method improves the efficiency and accuracy of the blade manufacture, and also reduces the exposure of the human body to harmful substances used in blade manufacture.
DEVICE FOR MOULDING A BLADED PART OF A TURBOMACHINE
A device for moulding at least one bladed part of a turbomachine, including a base, a mould formed from several parts that are interlocked with each other, this mould being applied to the base and first sealing means being mounted between the mould and the base, a bell-shaped dome mounted on the mould and around the mould, this bell-shaped dome being applied to the base and second sealing means being mounted between the bell-shaped dome and the base, this bell-shaped dome being configured to be held clamped against the base and including inner surfaces cooperating by corner effect with complementary outer surfaces of the mould in order to apply a clamping force on the parts of this mould.

A mold for forming a wind turbine blade comprising first and second mold surfaces including a flange portion having an opening therein, wherein the first and second mold surfaces are configured for relative movement therebetween from an open position to a closed position. The opening of the first flange portion is aligned with the opening of the second flange portion when in the closed position, and a first magnet is disposed within the opening in the opening of the first mold surface, and a second magnet is disposed within the opening of the second mold surface.
