Treatment machine for a flexible material web, in particular plastic film, which can be passed through a treatment furnace
A treatment machine comprises at least two successive zones in an extraction direction of the material web between which a neutral zone is provided. In the neutral zone, a nozzle arrangement is provided adjacent to a zone exit wall and/or to a leading neutral zone wall on the one hand, and/or adjacent to the chamber inlet wall and/or a trailing neutral zone wall on the other hand, via which nozzle arrangement a gaseous fluid flow reaching a material web is generated. The nozzle arrangement is designed as follows: the respective gaseous fluid flow is directed at a blowing angle in the direction of the adjacent zone exit wall and/or the leading neutral zone wall or the zone inlet wall and/or the trailing neutral zone wall; and the gaseous fluid flow flows as far as the material web, following the zone exit wall, the leading neutral zone wall or the zone inlet wall and/or the trailing neutral zone wall.

Damage of the outer surface of a rubber hose due to friction can be prevented while the sealing performance and the productivity are ensured. The following components are provided: a pipe 11 whose one end is connected to a vulcanization pipe and in which pressed liquid is pumped from an inlet 11a disposed at the side face of the other end side; an annular member 12 which is attached to the pipe 11 so as to close an opening of the other end side of the pipe 11, and includes a hole 12a whose diameter is larger than the outer diameter of a rubber hose and in which the rubber hose passes through; and a pump which pumps more liquid than the liquid discharged outside the pipe 11 through the gap between the hole 12a and the rubber hose into an inlet 11a.

Inert Ultraviolet Curing Apparatus
A curing apparatus (100) includes a housing (102) having a loading portion (108) open to ambient atmosphere, a curing portion (110) having a curing chamber (124) with a controlled atmosphere, and a transition portion (112) extending between the loading portion (108) and the curing portion (110). A carrier (128) is movable between the loading portion (108) and the curing chamber (124) via the transition portion (112). The curing apparatus (100) further includes at least one ultraviolet radiation source (150) operative for transmitting ultraviolet radiation into the curing chamber (124). The transition portion (112) includes a plurality of baffles (158) protruding from a sidewall (120) of the transition portion (112) and configured for minimizing mixing between the ambient atmosphere and the controlled atmosphere during movement of the carrier (128) between the loading portion (108) and the curing chamber (124).
Inert ultraviolet curing apparatus
A curing apparatus (100) includes a housing (102) having a loading portion (108) open to ambient atmosphere, a curing portion (110) having a curing chamber (124) with a controlled atmosphere, and a transition portion (112) extending between the loading portion (108) and the curing portion (110). A carrier (128) is movable between the loading portion (108) and the curing chamber (124) via the transition portion (112). The curing apparatus (100) further includes at least one ultraviolet radiation source (150) operative for transmitting ultraviolet radiation into the curing chamber (124). The transition portion (112) includes a plurality of baffles (158) protruding from a sidewall (120) of the transition portion (112) and configured for minimizing mixing between the ambient atmosphere and the controlled atmosphere during movement of the carrier (128) between the loading portion (108) and the curing chamber (124).
