WELD BEAD CUTTING DEVICE AND WELD BEAD CUTTING METHOD
A weld bead cutting device is configured such that, a liner made as liner portions are abutted on and welded to each other is rotated around a rotation axis extending in a direction along an abutting direction, and a weld bead is cut with a cutting tool arranged among rollers in a state where the rollers are pressed against an outer peripheral surface of the liner, the rollers being arranged on both sides of the weld bead on the liner in a direction along an extending direction of the rotation axis.
Window cleaning system and method
A window processing system and method for use in fabricating window frames or sashes. The system includes an articulating arm having a plurality of members and arms to allow movement about multiple axes defined by the articulating arm. The system further includes a tool support fixture assembly coupled to an outermost member of the plurality of members, the tool support fixture assembly includes a plurality of tools for performing cleaning operations on a window frame or sash during use.

METHOD FOR REPAIRING PLASTIC DIVIDERS AND PLASTIC DIVIDER OBTAINED BY SAID METHOD
Method for repairing plastic dividers (1), having longitudinal internal cavities (100), by following the steps of: identifying and extracting the damaged areas to be repaired (2), some gaps (4) being defined, preparing inserts (5) with a shape matching the gaps (4), and attaching by heat welds (8) the inserts (5) in the gaps (4); wherein the damaged areas to be repaired are extracted by cuts (3) with a curved path, and wherein in the step of preparing the inserts (5), the inserts are machined with an outer edge (50) aligned with the edges (10) of the divider (1), and an inner edge (51) parallel to the curved path of the cut (3), there being defined between the cut (3) made in the divider (1) and the inner edge (51) of the insert (5) a filling space (7) for filling with filler material (8).

Structural assembly having injection-bonded joint and method of forming
A method of forming an injection-bonded joint includes providing a first part and a second part having a second part upper edge and a second part lower edge, and forming a chamber wall within a bondline region between mating surfaces of the first part and the second part. The chamber wall divides a bondline length of the bondline region and defines at least one adhesive chamber. The method further includes forming a bondline dam along each of the second part upper edge and the second part lower edge in a manner such that the chamber wall, the bondline dams, and the mating surfaces collectively enclose the adhesive chamber having a chamber upper edge and a chamber lower edge. The method also includes injecting a structural adhesive into the adhesive chamber through an injection port and discharging excess adhesive from the adhesive chamber through a bleed hole.
Fusion bead testing device and method of testing a fusion bead
A fusion bead testing device is provided for testing the strength of a fusion bead removed from a pipe joint. The testing device comprises a first pressing means for exerting a force against the fusion bead. If the fusion bead splits as a result of the applied force then the fusion bead fails a quality control test and the fusion bead and consequently the pipe joint from which the bead was removed are deemed too weak. The fusion bead testing apparatus comprises an automatic split detection device for detecting a split in the bead.

Electronic device enclosures having a monolithic appearance
An enclosure for an AC to DC adapter has a continuous and apparently monolithic exterior appearance. The enclosure includes a housing and a cap that are joined together by one or more weld joints. The weld joints create flash on the exterior surface of the enclosure and the flash is removed by forming a chamfer along the weld joint such that it removes a portion of the housing and the cap.
