Method and System for Producing a Threaded Bolt
The invention relates to a method for producing a threaded bolt. A blank is introduced into a threaded-bolt negative mold. The blank has a bolt-shaped portion. Fibers which are aligned in the longitudinal direction of the bolt-shaped portion are embedded in a plastics material in the blank. Pressure is exerted on the blank in order to deform the blank in the negative mold such that a threaded structure is formed on a circumferential face of the bolt-shaped portion. The invention moreover relates to a threaded bolt which is manufacturable by this method, and to a system which is conceived for carrying out the method. Lightweight and hard-wearing threaded bolts may be manufactured by the method according to the invention.
CONTAINER AND STRUCTURE
A container capable of suppressing the unexpected opening of a pair of upper walls including a first side wall and a second side wall facing each other; a third side wall provided therebetween; a first upper wall and a second upper wall; and a locking member. The first side wall and the second side wall face each other. The first upper wall and the second upper wall are configured to be rotatable with respect to the first side wall and the second side wall, respectively. The locking member includes a fixed portion and an engagement portion, the fixed portion being fixed to the third side wall, the engagement portion being engaged with at least one of the first upper wall and the second upper wall to prevent the first upper wall and the second upper wall from opening.

Method and assembly for production of a mechanical component by sintering a pulverulent metallic material
A method and an assembly for production of a mechanical component by sintering a pulverulent material, the method including: providing a pulverulent metallic material including grains, the pulverulent metallic material having a determined melting temperature; agglomerating a given quantity of the pulverulent metallic material under pressure inside a cavity; providing thermal energy to the given quantity of pulverulent metallic material to bring it to a given temperature below the melting temperature; and shocking the given quantity of agglomerated pulverulent metallic material and brought to the given temperature to bind the grains of the pulverulent metallic material to each other to obtain one solid body. The one solid body is thus maintained under pressure and thermal energy accumulated in the solid body is made to dissipate to obtain the mechanical component.
Structural body of differing thicknesses, and method of manufacturing thereof
A structural body of differing thicknesses are provided that is made of resin, and a method of manufacturing thereof, that can improve quality in a case in which plate thickness changing portions extend in plural directions. A first panel portion and a second panel portion are connected by a first gradually changing portion. The first panel portion and a third panel portion are connected by a second gradually changing portion. The second panel portion and the third panel portion are connected by a third gradually changing portion. Further, an opening portion is formed to pass-through a door inner panel at a position where respective extensions of the first gradually changing portion, the second gradually changing portion and the third gradually changing portion intersect one another as seen in a plate thickness direction.
