Method for manufacturing microprojection unit
A method for manufacturing a microprojection unit (10) according to the invention involves: a microprojection tool forming step of forming a microprojection tool (1) by bringing a projecting mold part (11) into contact from one surface (2D) side of a base sheet (2A) including a thermoplastic resin, and thus forming a protrusion (3) that protrudes from another surface (2U) side, and withdrawing the projecting mold part (11) from the interior of the protrusion (3); a joining step of joining the one surface (2D) side of the base sheet (2A), in which the microprojection tool (1) has been formed, and a tip end of a base component (4); and a cutting step of cutting the base sheet (2A), to which the base component (4) has been joined, along a contour (4L) of the base component (4) at a position more inward than the base component's contour (4L) in a planar view of the base sheet (2A) as viewed from the microprojection tool (1) side, to manufacture a microprojection unit (10).
MOLD, APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING METAL-RESIN COMPOSITE
A mold is for press molding a metal plate and a resin material to produce a metal-resin composite. The mold includes an upper mold and a lower mold that sandwich the metal plate and the resin material. A cavity for arranging the resin material is provided by the upper mold and the lower mold. The upper mold has a recess into which the resin material leaking from the cavity is caused to flow.
A METHOD FOR PRODUCING CELLULOSE PRODUCTS AND A ROTARY FORMING MOULD SYSTEM
A method for forming cellulose products from an air-formed cellulose blank having a base and one or more forming moulds attached to the base which is arranged to rotate around a rotational axis, wherein each forming mould comprises a first mould part Wand a corresponding second mould part wherein during rotational movement of the base around the rotational axis each first mould part is arranged to engage with its corresponding second mould part in a pressing direction. The method comprises arranging the cellulose blank in a position between a first mould and the second mould forming the cellulose products in the rotary forming mould system, by applying a forming pressure between the first mould and its corresponding second mould through an engaging movement of the first mould in relation to its corresponding second mould in the pressing direction, wherein the forming moulds are rotating with the base around the rotational axis.

INJECTION MOLDING TOOL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED PARTS
A device for producing a composite molded part from planar and support structures includes a matrix, a punch, and a matrix slider, arranged to be movable relative to one another and in a closed state to define a cavity corresponding to the shape of the part to be produced. By and/or on at least one component, an edge folding arrangement is formed having a region fixing and/or pinching off and/or fully severing the decorative structure border. Also, a method for producing a composite molded part includes: providing a device, inserting a planar structure, transferring the device into a closed position and creating a cavity, introducing an uncured support structure, severing a strip of the structure protruding beyond the folded edge border, curing and demolding the composite molded part. Before and/or while introducing the uncured support structure, the planar structure is fixed in the folded edge outer border region.

SILENCER FOR AUTOMOBILE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a silencer for automobile. The silencer is formed by press molding. The silencer has a first molded surface and a second molded surface which are opposite to each other in a thickness direction. The silencer at least includes a first fiber layer on which the first molded surface is formed and a second fiber layer integrated with an opposite surface to the first molded surface, the opposite surface being on the first fiber layer. Fibers of the second fiber layer exist partly on the opposite surface on the first fiber layer.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONAL DECORATION PIECE MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC RESIN
A method and an apparatus for producing a three-dimensional decoration piece that does not damage the tacky bonding or adhesion strength of the lower layer material of the decoration piece. The method includes putting an upper layer material on a first table operating as cathode; lowering an upper mold operating as anode onto the first table, emitting a high frequency wave for dielectric heating; stopping the high frequency dielectric heating; moving a second table carrying a lower layer material having a tacky bonding property to below the upper mold; and lowering said upper mold onto the second table. In the apparatus, the second table or the lower mold is provided on the top surface thereof with recessed sections that are transversally and inwardly separated from a position where an edge of the first machining means contacts, by 0.2 mm to 1 mm; and a cushion member being arranged in the respective recessed sections.
