A door for a home appliance, a home appliance, and a method for manufacturing the same, are disclosed. The door for a home appliance comprises a panel assembly; and a frame assembly defining a predetermined space having an opening connected with an edge of the panel assembly, and making a foaming space for receiving a thermal insulator by means of the predetermined space of the frame assembly and the edge of the panel assembly, wherein a foaming injection hole through which the thermal insulator is injected is provided on at least one of ends of an upper surface, a lower surface, a left side and a right side of the frame assembly.

A seat system for a vehicle including a seat back assembly, a seat base assembly, and a headrest assembly. Each of the assemblies may include at least one formed part for providing comfort to an occupant of the seat system. A coated forming tool for producing the formed part of the seat system may be a mold assembly or a printing machine configured to form at least a portion of the formed part of the seat system. The coating of the coated forming tool comprises at least one of a nonstick or ecological material, and more preferably a polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) material.

The present invention can provide a fiber-reinforced expanded particle molded article having a reinforcing material fused and integrated with the surface of an expanded molded article, wherein the reinforcing material is a fabric or a braided product produced by weaving a linear composite material produced by melting and integrating a thermoplastic fiber comprising a low-melting component fiber and a high-melting component fiber, as two or more threads selected from the group consisting of a warp, a weft and a slant thread, the fiber-reinforced expanded particle molded article exhibiting an excellent reinforcing effect; and a method for economically producing the molded article by in-mold molding with a small number of steps.

The invention relates to a method for the production of foamed areal polyurethane(PUR)/polyisocyanurate(PIR) moldings, where a polyurethane/polyisocyanurate reaction mixture is injected into a mold that is under elevated pressure and then a depressurization takes place, and the foaming process is thus induced, and after the reaction the molding is demolded, and to a mold for carrying out the method.

Mold-in touch fastening product
A male touch fastener strip includes an elongated base and a field of male fastener elements each having a stem extending from a broad face of the base and a head for engaging fibers. The fastener element stems and broad face of the base together form a unitary mass of resin, such as a resin containing a magnetically attractable substance. Wings extend from respective longitudinal edges of the base and define discrete corrugations extending in a series along the fastener strip and forming corresponding undulations in the rear face of the strip along its longitudinal edges. The corrugated wings can also support a foam gasket.

A heat-insulating wall of the present invention includes: wall bodies (2 and 3) whose hollow portion is a heat-insulating space (10); gas circulation ports (5 and 6) which are disposed on the wall body and through which the heat-insulating space communicates with the outside; an open-cell urethane foam (4) of a thermosetting urethane resin with which the heat-insulating space is filled by integral foaming; and sealing materials (50, 51, 55, 60, 61 and 62) for sealing the gas circulation port.
Mold, molding machine, and foamed molded body manufacturing method
A mold, a molding machine, and a foamed molded body manufacturing method are provided that are capable of more reliably preventing ingress of foamed resin into a gas discharge hole using a gas-impermeable member and capable of adequately discharging gas inside the cavity to the cavity outside through the gas discharge hole during foam molding, and that are also capable of achieving good design characteristics in a foamed molded body. A gas discharge hole 5 is provided at a cavity 4 inner face of a mold 1 and discharges gas inside the cavity 4 to outside the cavity 4. A gas-permeable member 6 is disposed inside the cavity 4 of the mold 1 so as to cover the gas discharge hole 5, and a gas-impermeable member 8 is disposed on the gas discharge hole 5 side of the gas-permeable member 6 so as to face the gas discharge hole 5. A portion of the gas discharge hole 5, spanning at least from axial direction intermediate portion of the gas discharge hole 5 to the cavity 4 side of the gas discharge hole 5, is configured with a tapered profile portion 5a that increases in diameter on progression toward the cavity 4 side.
DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING INNER TRIM ELEMENTS
A device for manufacturing inner trim elements which are formed by a rigid carrier and a cover layer, between which elements a polymer foam layer is arranged. The carrier is fixable on a first moulding tool element, and the cover layer is fixable between the outer edge of the first moulding tool element and the outer edge of a second moulding tool element. In the moulding tool, a cavity is formed between the carrier and the cover layer, wherein a foamable polymer is introducible into the cavity via at least one through-hole which is formed in the carrier and the first moulding tool element. The distance between the first and the second moulding tool element is enlargeable during the foaming process. At least one through-hole for an escape of air and reactively formed gases out of the cavity is formed in the carrier and in the first moulding tool element.
Composite Foam Article
An assembly for molding a composite article including a foam core and a layer is disclosed. The assembly includes a mold. The mold has an inner surface and at least partially defines a cavity, one or more gas discharge ports, and one or more retaining elements. Each of the one or more gas discharge ports has a passageway opening in fluid communication with the cavity of the mold the mold. The assembly further includes one or more sealing elements moveably engaged with the mold. Each of the one or more sealing elements includes a head and is shaped to engage the retaining element on the mold in a vented position. Further, each of the one or more sealing elements corresponds with each of the one or more gas discharge ports.
