MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
A method including a first step of performing clamping of a mold, injection and dwelling in an injection molding machine, a second step of performing a conveyance and a cooling of the mold outside of the machine, and a third step of performing a conveyance of the mold into the machine, an opening of the mold and an ejection of a molded part in the machine. The second step is performed for a first mold, the third step and the next first step are performed for a second mold. The first mold is conveyed by a first conveyance apparatus which is arranged on one lateral side of the machine. The second mold is conveyed by a second conveyance apparatus which is arranged on the other lateral side and is independently driven from the first conveyance apparatus.
CONVEYOR DEVICE FOR MOVING MOLDS
An injection molding system including an injection molding machine including at least one opening on each of a first side surface and a second side surface for conveying at least one mold, wherein the improvement to the injection molding system includes at least one actuator for conveying at least three different molds through at least one of the at least one openings, and at least one guiding element for guiding at least one cable connected to a first mold located between at least two other molds to a location external to the injection molding machine via an opening of the injection molding machine.

Molding apparatus and methods
A plastic molding system comprises: dispensing, pre-shaping and shaping cells and a transport subsystem. The dispensing cell has a station for dispensing a dose of plastic feedstock. The pre-shaping and shaping cells each comprise a plurality of stations for shaping the workpiece into a preform shape and into a final shape, respectively. The transport subsystem advances a workpiece along a selected one of a plurality of process paths to form a molded article. Each of the plurality of process paths is defined by a combination of stations of the dispensing cell, the pre-shaping cell and the shaping cell.
Injection molding machine device with multiple sensors
An injection molding machine device includes at least two guide rods. One end of each guide rod is fixed to a rack, and the other end of each guide rod is fixed to a fixed base body. A movable base body is provided opposite to the fixed base body. The movable base body slides along the guide rods relative to the fixed base body. At least one correction mechanism is located between the movable base body and the guide rail to adjust a movement of the movable base body in a vertical direction. A predetermined clearance value and/or a predetermined contact force value exist between the components. At least one sensor is electrically connected to a controller. The controller correspondingly controls the correction mechanism by determining whether corresponding detecting values of the sensor match with the predetermined clearance values and/or the predetermined contact force values.

An injection molding system and method that injects resin into a mold and conveys at least one mold, wherein the improvement to the injection molding system and method includes driving a support member that supports the mold, wherein the mold is conveyed based on a movement of the support member between a first position where the injection nozzle injects the resin into the mold and second position different from the first position.
MOLDING APPARATUS AND METHODS

An injection molding method includes conveying a molding device to an injection station and disposing the molding device between an injector and a platform; disposing a plunger under the platform; moving the injector towards the molding device; applying a plunging force on the molding device by extending the rod through the opening; and injecting a molding material into a mold cavity.

In the open position, the plates are spaced apart for removing molded articles.
