Provided is a rotation member connecting structure that does not require an operation of connecting a rotation support member and the rotation member to each other and can prevent rattling of the rotation member with respect to a rotation member support member. In the rotation member connecting structure, a rotation support member 10 has a support shaft 20, and a rotation member 30 has a retention part 50. The support shaft 20 has a restriction part 25 that restricts axial movement of the support shaft 20 with respect to the retention part 50 and a sliding part 27 that slides over an inner periphery of the retention part. The rotation support member 10 and the rotation member 30 are made of materials that are not bonded to each other during molding by the resin materials. In the inner periphery of the retention part 50,a portion that closely contacts the sliding part 27 is formed to be continuous in a circumferential direction so that the rotation support member 10 and the rotation member 30 are molded in a connected state.

A rotary pump for a fluid metering system is provided. The rotary pump reciprocates, and is reversed by a signal from a limit switch that is deflected by an actuator arm on a rotating sleeve of the pump system. A method for making a composite piece comprised of a metal part and a glass-fiber-reinforced plastic part, comprising: providing a metal part with a receiving cavity and a flow guiding channel, the flow guiding channel having an inlet communicating with the receiving cavity and an outlet; introducing molten plastic reinforced with glass fibers into the receiving cavity to fill the receiving cavity and the flow guiding channel and overflows from the outlet to form a flash section; curing the molten plastic to obtain a plastic part; removing unwanted portion of the metal part together with a portion of the plastic part to obtain the composite piece, wherein the glass-fiber-reinforced plastic part includes an exposed surface and glass fibers exposed at the exposed surface are substantially parallel to each other. A metal-plastic composite part prepared by the method and an electronic device housing are also disclosed.

A fluid device composite member includes: a silicone member that includes a body part which is made of silicone and which has a flow-path-defining section for defining a flow path on one surface of the body part, and that includes barrier layer having hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity disposed in at least a portion of the flow-path-defining section; and a resin substrate disposed on another surface of the body part opposite to the one surface. This method for manufacturing the fluid device composite member includes a layered body manufacturing step in which a liquid silicone material is placed on a surface of the resin substrate, and the liquid silicone material is cured at a temperature of 100° C. or less to obtain a layered body in which a silicone cured product is bonded to the resin substrate.

Described herein is an oral care implement comprising: a handle; and a head coupled to the handle, the head comprising a main body and a release component coupled to the main body, the release component comprising: a water-dissolvable matrix comprising a first polymer having a processing temperature greater than or equal to 130° C.; and a release agent comprising at least one of zinc oxide, potassium nitrate, and tetrapotassium pyrophosphate; wherein the release agent is dispersed throughout the water-dissolvable matrix.
