The first mold plate defines a first injection port. The first and second stem plates and the second stem plate each define a plurality of stem cavities. The second mold plate includes first and second sides and a second injection port extending between the first side and the second side. The second side defines an iris cavity in fluid communication with the second injection port. The injection mold is configured to be assembled in a first configuration, to receive a first flowable material to form a pupil stem of an eyeball, and a second configuration, to receive a second flowable material to form an iris of the eyeball.
MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR RESIN FAN
A resin fan includes a semi-molded article in which a first circular plate and blades are integrated. While the semi-molded article is retained, a composite mold is moved to a secondary molding side, a second mold is put in a first position and a third mold is moved to the first position and inserted into the first mold. An intermediate part extends over the inner surface-side of a large-bend part, and causes the end of the third mold to engage with the first mold. Next, resin is poured into a secondary forming mold, and a second circular plate is integrally molded continuous with the blades of the semi-molded article, and a fan is molded. Together with the opening of the second mold and the composite mold, the third mold and the composite mold are opened, each of the molds is moved to a second position.
Injection mold
An injection mold for producing a double walled drinking vessel includes first and second mold portions. The first mold portion forms a first and second cavities corresponding to the outer shape of the outer container and the outer shape of the inner container, respectively. The first and second cavities are located concentrically with respect to a central axis. An index plate is rotatable and axially movable along the central axis relative to the first mold portion. The index plate includes a first core and a second core. The first cavity has a first cavity injection gate for injecting mold material into the first cavity for forming the outer container. The second cavity has a second cavity injection gate for injecting mold material into the second cavity for forming the inner container. The first cavity has a further injection gate for injecting joint material for joining the outer and inner containers.
INDEX PLATE MOLDING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING INTERDENTAL CLEANERS
An index plate molding device configured to produce a multi-component part including an injection mold having an injection parting surface, and an ejection mold having an ejection parting surface in selective contact with the injection parting surface to form an ejection parting line therebetween. The index plate molding device also includes an index plate movable relative to the injection mold and the ejection mold, where the index plate includes an index parting surface in selective contact with the injection parting surface to form an index parting line therebetween, and where the index plate is shaped such that the outer surface of the first component of the multi-component part is available for overmolding on both sides of the index parting line when the first component is coupled to the index plate.
Method for producing a trim part for vehicles, using a temporary seal
The invention relates to a method for producing a trim part (10) for vehicles, using an injection mold (1), in which an edge of a carrier substrate is formed by the surface cover layer (8) reaching around said edge by means of a lost seal molded to the carrier substrate.
PEELING CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PEELING CONTAINER
A delamination container includes a neck portion having an opening communicating with an inside of the inner layer, a shoulder portion continuously extending in the radial direction from the neck portion, a body portion having a bottomed cylindrical shape, and a constricted portion interconnecting the shoulder portion and the body portion. The diameter of the outer peripheral edge of the shoulder portion is 40 mm or more and 55 mm or less, the axial length from the outer peripheral edge of the shoulder portion to a constricted bottom portion which has the smallest diameter in the constricted portion is 12 mm or more and 25 mm or less, and a ratio of the diameter of the constricted bottom portion to the diameter of the outer peripheral edge of the shoulder portion is 0.80 or more and 0.93 or less.
HIGH-PRECISION AND HIGH-EFFICIENCY INJECTION MOLD FOR HIGH-ASPECT-RATIO DOUBLE-LAYER CYLINDRICAL PLASTIC PART AND MOLDING METHOD USING THE SAME
An injection mold for a high-aspect-ratio double-layer cylindrical plastic part and a molding method using the same. The injection mold includes a support base plate. A movable mold fixing frame and a movable mold base plate are arranged at the middle of a lower surface of the support base plate through positioning screws. A lower core mold is matchingly provided at a center of an upper surface of the support base plate, and is provided with a lower semicircular cavity for accommodating an outer die barrel. One side of the lower semicircular cavity is open, and the other side is provided with a first end wall which is provided with a lower semicircular notch for an inner die rod to pass through. An upper surface of the lower core mold is provided with a positioning protrusion, a lower feeding groove, and a remaining groove.
Method for producing a hollow injection-moulded part
The invention relates to a method for producing a hollow injection-moulded part, in particular a primary packaging means for medical applications by an injection moulding method, comprising the following method steps: a) Providing a first female die tool having a first mould cavity and a mould core formed as a male die tool; b) Introducing a mould core into the first mould cavity so that a first cavity is formed and the mould core extends beyond the mould cavity in the axial direction (X), thereby bringing the mould core into operative contact with the first female die tool and/or with a receiving member; c) Injecting a first plastic material into the first cavity so that a first portion of the injection-moulded part is formed; d) Transferring the first portion of the injection-moulded part to a second cavity; e) Injecting a second plastic material into the second cavity so that a second portion is formed directly on the first portion of the injection-moulded part.
