Cleaning agent composition and molding raw material
Provided is a cleaning agent composition that is capable of efficiently performing the substitution of a molding raw material in a hot runner type mold. The cleaning agent composition contains 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin; 1 part by weight to 20 parts by weight of at least one type of fatty acid ester that is selected from glycerin fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, or sorbitan fatty acid ester; and 1 part by weight to 15 parts by weight of a metal salt of a fatty acid and/or a hydroxyfatty acid. The cleaning agent composition is used for cleaning a flow channel for resin in a hot runner type mold.
Cleaning agent for molding-machine cleaning and cleaning method
The object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning agent that is superior in the initial cleaning effect and allows residues to be easily distributed evenly in the next fabricated molded article. The object is achieved by a cleaning agent used for a molding machine and including a thermoplastic resin and a glass wool.
NON-CONTINUOUS ROTATION BACKWASHING FILTER APPARATUS FOR RUBBER/PLASTIC EXTRUSION/INJECTION MACHINE
A non-continuous rotation backwashing filter apparatus for a rubber/plastic extrusion/injection machine includes a machine frame having a rail, a rotary filter screen piston seat mounted to the rail and configured to carry a rotary filter screen piston covered with at least one layer of filter screen, and a die head. The rotary filter screen piston is telescopically pushed into a flow channel of the die head. The die head includes a flow channel pressure detector. In a normal state, the rotary filter screen piston does not rotate. When the flow channel pressure detector detects that the pressure of the flow channel rises to a predetermined value, the rotary filter screen piston begins to rotate for backwashing impurities on the filter screen. It can increase the filtering area of the filter screen, and the non-continuous rotation does not consume energy.
APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR MOLDING BOTTLE PREFORMS
A process for molding one or more bottle preforms, wherein molten plastic is injected into at least one molding cavity; and wherein air is drawn from the at least one molding cavity, through at least one channel for the air to pass from the at least one molding cavity towards the outside of the molding device, by means of suction means; and apparatus and device for performing such a process.
Thermoplastic resin composition for cleaning molding processing machine
To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having an enhanced cleaning performance for cleaning a molding processing machine. The thermoplastic resin composition for cleaning a molding processing machine contains (A) an olefin-based resin, and (B) (B1) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 13 to 20, wherein the composition contains component (B) in an amount of 0.5 to 10 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of component (A).
Cleaning agent composition and molding raw material
A cleaning agent composition contains 100 parts by weight of polyethylene oxide; 25 parts by weight to 90 parts by weight of at least one type of fatty acid ester that is selected from glycerin fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, or sorbitan fatty acid ester; and 15 parts by weight to 45 parts by weight of a metal salt of a fatty acid and/or a hydroxyfatty acid. The cleaning agent composition is used for cleaning a flow channel for resin in a hot runner type mold.
PLASTICIZING UNIT FOR A SHAPING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING ONE
Plasticizing unit for a moulding machine having at least one plasticizing screw for plasticizing a plasticizable material and injecting it into at least one mould cavity, which at least one plasticizing screw is rotationally and axially movable in relation to a screw axis, wherein at least one filter is provided, which is arranged downstream of the at least one plasticizing screw in a direction of flow of a mass flow of the plasticizable material.
Ski boot
A ski boot with removable and interchangeable soles. In one embodiment, the ski boot has a hull with a shaped plate, a sole adapted to be removed from the hull with the sole having a front portion and a back portion that are separated from each other and constrained to the hull via fixing screws. The removable and interchangeable soles allows the ski boot to be configured for specific skiing disciplines and is compatible with ski bindings provided with a plurality of pins integral with the ski that are fitted into corresponding shaped recesses of the hull. The shaped recesses are positioned on the sides of the plate, which is fixedly constrained to the ski boot.
Purging Agent and Method for Purging Molding Machine Using Same
A purging agent of the present invention contains a resin composition containing a hydrophilic resin (A), water (B), and a basic compound (C). The mass ratio (A)/(B) of the hydrophilic resin (A) to the water (B) is 66/34 to 90/10, and the content of the basic compound (C) is 0.25 to 7 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the hydrophilic resin (A).
Injection molding machine
An injection molding machine includes a resin scattering preventing cover configured to prevent resin scattering from injection nozzle fixed to an end of an injection unit, a lighting unit configured to molding contact portion where the injection nozzle and a mold contact, a fixing unit configured to fix the lighting unit, and an opening/closing portion where the resin scattering prevention cover is configured to open and close; wherein the fixing unit is connected interlocked with opening and closing of the opening/closing portion.
