An apparatus for aligning an outlet of an injection unit with an inlet of a mold mounted between platens of a molding machine includes a positioning assembly interconnecting the injection unit to the molding machine. The positioning assembly includes a first translation assembly configured to engender a first movement of the injection unit outlet along a translation plane, and a second translation assembly configured to engender a second movement of the injection unit outlet along the translation plane. The positioning assembly further includes a brake assembly extending between the first translation assembly and the second translation assembly. The brake assembly is configured to selectively create a compressive force between the first and second translation assemblies to maintain the position of the injection unit outlet.

A support frame of a machine base includes a first element to be joined to the upper or lower end face of a vertical support column of the machine base and extending in the horizontal direction, and a second element spaced from the first element on the opposite side from the support column and extended in the horizontal direction. The end face of the support column joined to the first element is formed with one or more first protrusions which extend to reach the second element and join to it.

A mold box having a first mold plate and a second mold plate. The mold box includes a single elongate guide rail extending through a bore defined by the second mold plate. The single elongate guild rail allows the second mold plate to be movably arranged relative to the first mold plate.

An apparatus for injecting a molten material including an injector, a rail, a bell crank, and a frame supporting the injector via the rail for guiding the linear translation of the injector along the frame. An injection molding machine device includes at least two guide rods. One end of each guide rod is fixed to a rack, and the other end of each guide rod is fixed to a fixed base body. A movable base body is provided opposite to the fixed base body. The movable base body slides along the guide rods relative to the fixed base body. At least one correction mechanism is located between the movable base body and the guide rail to adjust a movement of the movable base body in a vertical direction. A predetermined clearance value and/or a predetermined contact force value exist between the components. At least one sensor is electrically connected to a controller. The controller correspondingly controls the correction mechanism by determining whether corresponding detecting values of the sensor match with the predetermined clearance values and/or the predetermined contact force values.

An assembly appliance for mould tool parts of an injection moulding tool is disclosed, the assembly appliance including an assembly plate configured for insertion into an injection moulding machine and including a tool carrier for receiving first mould tool parts to be assembled; and an assembly frame having a guide system for a translatory displacement of the assembly plate along a longitudinal extension of the assembly frame, and a support device for stationary support of a second mould tool part which corresponds to at least one of the first mould tool parts.

An injection molding machine includes a connection member that connects a nozzle touch mechanism and a fixed platen. The connection member has: an arm part that rises upward from a support frame part on a side of the fixed platen; and a platen connection part that is provided on an upper section of the arm part and serves as a second connection section connected to the fixed platen. A vertical injection molding machine has a rotary table rotatably in an axial direction as a vertical direction, lower molds on an upper surface of the rotary table, and an upper mold for opening and closing the lower molds, and opening and closing mold in a vertical direction.
