DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FEEDING MOLTEN PLASTIC MATERIAL INTO A MOLDING CAVITY
The device for feeding molten plastic material into a molding cavity (30) includes a melting chamber (20) in which metered solid plastic material is introduced, a sonotrode (10) provided for tightly inserting a portion thereof into said melting chamber (20), causing the plastic material to melt by means of vibration, and relative movement of the sonotrode (10) and melting chamber (20) allows driving the molten plastic material inside a molding cavity (30) communicated with said melting chamber (20), the device including resistance sensors (40) allowing an electronic control device (50) to know the resistance that the plastic material has against the movement of the sonotrode (10).
Injection molding method
An injection molding method uses a die with a cavity into which molten resin is to be injected to fill the cavity. The die has a shape that causes the molten resin injected into the cavity to branch and merge. The injection molding method includes providing bubbles into the molten resin before the molten resin is injected, generating fine bubbles with the provided bubbles before the molten resin is injected, injecting the molten resin containing the fine bubbles, and bursting the fine bubbles of the injected molten resin containing the fine bubbles in a merging location where the molten resin merges.

METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING A STATE OF AT LEAST ONE COMPONENT OF A MOLDING MACHINE
A method of diagnosing a state of at least one component of a molding machine is performed such that a state of the at least one component is determined on the basis of a vibration measured at the molding machine. A drive unit of the molding machine accelerates and/or decelerates at least one movable element provided at the molding machine in such a way that the vibration is stimulated in a predetermined frequency range.

The hemispherical rotor is located in the hemispherical plasticizing cavity and is rotatable. The hopper is installed on the plasticizing cavity. The apparatus with the spherical rotor has the advantages of strong plasticizing, pulverizing and extruding ability, good quality of molded products and the like.
