APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MAKING OBJECTS FROM RECYCLED POLYMERIC MATERIAL
An apparatus comprises a nozzle for supplying a flow of polymeric material, a separating element for separating a dose of polymeric material from the flow supplied by the nozzle, at least one mould for making an object by compression moulding the dose, at least one conveying element for conveying the dose separated by the separating element towards the mould. The conveying element is movable along a path in an atmospheric environment. The apparatus further comprises a recycling device intended for receiving a polymeric material to be recycled and for providing at its outfeed a melted regenerated polymeric material suitable for being moulded. The nozzle is connected to the recycling device so that the nozzle is fed with the regenerated polymeric material coming from the recycling device.

Disclosed is a device for processing plastic materials, having a shredding unit, a conveying unit having a screw (7), and an extruder, having at least one extruder screw (11), adjoining the screw, wherein the central longitudinal axis (3) of the screw (7) is oriented at an angle to the central longitudinal axis (10) of the extruder screw (11), in particular at an angle of 80° to 100°, preferably 90°, and the longitudinal axis (3) of the screw (7) is offset with respect to the longitudinal axis (10) of the extruder screw (11) by an offset (v) in the direction of the direction of rotation (12) of the extruder screw (11) at or in the region of the discharge opening (8) or the intake opening (16) of the conveying unit.
BIAXIALLY ORIENTED POLYESTER FILM AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
[Problem] To provide: a biaxially oriented polyester film that exhibits excellent transparency, enables easy secondary processing such as coating and vapor deposition, provides excellent post-secondary-processing properties, and is environmentally friendly in that the film is made from polyester resins recycled from the market and society, including those from PET bottles; and a production method for such a film. [Solution] A biaxially oriented polyester film comprising a polyester resin composition containing particles and polyester resins recycled from the market and society, including those from PET bottles, the film having at least one surface that satisfies all requirements (1)-(3). (1) The number of fine projections having a height less than 3 nm per an area of 4×10-12m2 is 250-600. (2) The number of fine projections having a height not less than 3 nm per an area of 4×10-12m2 is 300-600. (3) The arithmetic average height Sa is 0.01-0.025 μm.
Method of Recycling Waste and Product Make by the Same
A method of making recyclable waste contains steps of: a step of collecting so that the recyclable waste is collected and classified to industrial waste and daily use plastic; a step of crushing so that the industrial waste is crushed into granules, and the daily use plastic is made to raw materials; a step of mixing so that the granules and the raw material are mixed in a weight ratio; a step of heating and plasticizing so that the granules and the raw materials are maintained in a temperature to obtain plasticity in a flowing speed; a step of extruding so that the granules and the raw materials are extruded in a predetermined shape and a predetermined length, thus forming a body. Furthermore, the method further contains a step of cooling so that the body is cooled to solidify and to be make a recycled green building material.
HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYESTER-BASED FILM ROLL
The present invention aims to provide a heat-shrinkable polyester film roll having decreased generation of wrinkles or longitudinal shrink mark. The present invention provides a film roll of a heat shrinkable polyester film, wherein a polyester of the polyester film contains recycled raw material from a PET bottle and an acid component of the polyester comprises isophthalic acid, and the film roll satisfies a specific average value of a shrinkage, specific isophthalic acid ratio, and specific thickness unevenness.

The plastic composition has a notched izod impact above 12 J/m, a surface energy of at least 40 dyne/cm and, and when the plastic composition is subjected to injection molding, at least one of a tensile strength of above about 2.7 MPa, a tensile modulus of above about 600 MPa, a flexural modulus above about 690 MPa, a flexural strength above about 5.6 MPa, and a Charpy Impact above about 1.5 KJ/m2.
Treating powder coating paint waste material for recycling, methods for same, and use thereof
A method for recycling powdered paint waste is provided in which, the powdered paint waste is being treated with the aid of a reactant in such a way that its adhesion to surfaces and especially to metal surfaces is reduced or eliminated. The treatment of the powdered paint waste allows the powdered paint waste to be additionally processed under the influence of heat and to use it as a starting material in various recycling processes or in other processes.
System and method for manufacturing a cosmetic stick
A method for manufacturing a cosmetic stick having at least two different colored portions includes inserting a pin into at least one mold cavity of a mold body, filling the mold cavity containing the pin with a first cosmetic material of a first color, and then recovering the excess first cosmetic material from a top surface of the mold body. The pin is removed from the mold cavity leaving a void in the mold cavity, and a guard plate is placed over the top surface of the mold body, the guard plate having a hole over the mold cavity. The void in the mold cavity is filled with a second cosmetic material, the second cosmetic material being a second color that is different than the first color. The excess second cosmetic material is then recovered from a top surface of the guard plate.
PACKAGING FILMS FROM RECYCLED PLASTICS
The invention relates to a multilayer plastic film, in particular a multilayer plastic composite film, preferably a multilayer plastic packaging film, based on plastic recyclate (recycled plastic), in particular based on plastic recyclate originating from waste, with a plastic recyclate content of at least 80% by weight, based on the plastic film, and to its use, in particular as packaging material. The plastic recyclate is preferably post-consumer plastic recyclate (PCR plastic recyclate), in particular PCR recycled films.
