A method of making recyclable waste contains steps of: a step of collecting so that the recyclable waste is collected and classified to industrial waste and daily use plastic; a step of crushing so that the industrial waste is crushed into granules, and the daily use plastic is made to raw materials; a step of mixing so that the granules and the raw material are mixed in a weight ratio; a step of heating and plasticizing so that the granules and the raw materials are maintained in a temperature to obtain plasticity in a flowing speed; a step of extruding so that the granules and the raw materials are extruded in a predetermined shape and a predetermined length, thus forming a body. Furthermore, the method further contains a step of cooling so that the body is cooled to solidify and to be make a recycled green building material.

EXTRUSION SYSTEM

An extrusion system, for example for extruding a food product, that includes: an extruder, which propels extrudate through an outlet of the extruder; and a valve. The valve includes: an inlet, which receives extrudate from the extruder outlet; a main conduit, which extends from the inlet to a main outlet; a dumping conduit, which extends from a junction with the main conduit to a dumping outlet; and a flow control member, which is operable to move between: a plurality of flow controlling positions, in which extrudate is directed to the main outlet, with the flow control member providing, for each flow controlling position, a respective amount of impedance to flow along the main conduit; and a flow diverting position, in which extrudate is directed along the dumping conduit to the dumping outlet.

It is provided an extruder for a system for the additive manufacture of freely formable metal parts with or without a supporting structure by means of an extrusion method from a composite material, which is arranged on a three-dimensionally movable kinematic mechanism, with a building platform. The extruder consists of a housing and a screw arranged in the housing. The extruder is provided with a mechanical drive for the composite material to be extruded, with an exchangeable nozzle, arranged on the housing, and the housing is connected to the mechanical drive by way of suitable means for transporting the composite material.

POLYMER RECYCLATE PROCESSES AND PRODUCTS

Methods for processing LLDPE recyclates including, but not limited to, polyethylene and polypropylene and compositions therefrom are provided. LLDPE recyclate can be visbroken to improve processing characteristics and/or devolatilized to remove waste byproducts to produce processed LLDPE recyclates. Processed LLDPE recyclates are compounded with pre-consumer polyolefins to produce blend compositions having acceptable or even improved processing characteristics. Such pre-consumer polyolefins can also be visbroken to further tailor processing characteristics of such polymer blends. A combination of extruders and/or extruder zones can be used at the same or different locations for visbreaking and/or compounding of both LLDPE recyclate and/or pre-consumer polyolefins.

LCP film production apparatus and method

The present invention discloses an LCP film production apparatus and method. The apparatus includes: a rack; a screw extrusion device; a T-shaped material port; a squeezing assembly, where the squeezing assembly includes a first roller wheel, a second roller wheel, and a third roller wheel, the first roller wheel and the second roller wheel are fixedly mounted directly below the T-shaped material port side by side, and the third roller wheel is fixedly mounted next to the second roller wheel side by side; and an electromagnetic field generator, fixedly connected to the T-shaped material port and mounted around the T-shaped material port in a circle by means of bolts, where the screw extrusion device is fixedly mounted at the top of the rack, and the T-shaped material port is fixedly mounted on one end of the screw extrusion device. According to the present invention, a field generated by the electromagnetic field generator can disrupt the ordered arrangement of LCP molecules, thereby alleviating or even eliminating the anisotropic problem of transverse and longitudinal tensile strength thereof.
