DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TREATING HOLLOW BODIES
A device for treating hollow bodies, comprising at least a nozzle and a circuit for setting a pressurized airflow in circulation, having a valve and a first pressure sensor measuring a first pressure; a control distributor of said valve; a line connecting said distributor to said valve; a control unit with a time measurement component; wherein said device comprises a second pressure sensor situated along said line, measuring a second pressure, and wherein said control unit comprises means that are able to determine a differential between the measurement of the first pressure and the measurement of the second pressure as a function of time. The invention also relates to a corresponding treatment method.
Pipette with encapsulated or integral filter, and method and apparatus for forming same
Measuring pipettes including integral or encapsulated filters, as well as methods and apparatuses for forming the same, are provided. A filter material (e.g., a discrete element in solid form) or a filter material precursor (e.g., a foamable thermoplastic composition and a blowing agent) to be introduced into a hollow interior of a softened thermoplastic material present within a mold during pipette fabrication. A pipette includes a filter element comprising foamed polymeric material within a mouthpiece region, wherein an outer portion of the filter element is bound to or encapsulated in an inner wall of the mouthpiece region. A filter material precursor may be supplied coaxially with a tubular flow of thermoplastic material into the mold, may be supplied laterally through a mold wall, or may be injected into a molten thermoplastic pipette forming material upstream of an extruder outlet.

Self collapsible blow moulded plastic thin-walled containers and a dispensing method using same
A blow molded bottle (1): a) which is self-collapsible during its emptying; b) which comprises at least two transversal grooves and/or ribs (6.1), preferably located in the tubular body portion (6), equipped with collapse starters (6.2); c) wherein the mean wall thickness (Tmean) of the tubular body portion (6) is—in an increasing order of preference—less than or equal to 200; 180; 160; 150 μm; preferably comprised between 65 and 150; and more preferably comprised between 90 and 130 μm. The invention also discloses a method, a preform (100) and a mold for the manufacture of the aforementioned container by blow molding. The invention also discloses a method for bottling liquid into the bottles (1), a method for dispensing the liquid, a dispenser for implementing the method and a method for packing the thin-walled bottles, in view of storage and transportation.
Self collapsible blow moulded plastic thin-walled containers and a dispensing method using same

HOLLOW BODY FORMING MOLD AND HOLLOW BODY FORMING METHOD
A hollow body forming mold includes left and right half molds, a bottom of the left half mold is provided with a left avoidance slot, a bottom of the right half mold is provided with a right avoidance slot, a left bottom slider is disposed in the left avoidance slot, a right bottom slider is disposed in the right avoidance slot, and the left and right bottom sliders constitute a group of sliders. The mold design resolves a difficult problem that a fabrication hole exists during forming of a hollow body with a built-in component by using an existing conventional process. The hollow body forming method has the advantages of a short forming period, the high production efficiency, good combination between a built-in component and an inner wall of an fuel tank, and the high location stability.
BLOW MOLDING APPARATUS
A blow molding apparatus for mitigating a difference in flow rates of a liquid supplied from a blow nozzle to a preform. The blow molding apparatus includes a blow nozzle that mates with an open tube portion of a preform and a seal body that opens and closes the blow nozzle. A filling head extends along an axial direction of the blow nozzle and is provided at one end with a liquid supply channel connected to the blow nozzle and with a liquid introduction channel connected to the liquid supply channel from the side. A pressurized liquid supply unit is connected to the liquid introduction channel and supplies a pressurized liquid to the liquid introduction channel. A spiral guide groove is provided around an axial center of the liquid supply channel in an inner peripheral surface of the liquid supply channel.
BLOW MOLDING APPARATUS
A blow molding apparatus for mitigating a difference in flow rates of a liquid supplied from a blow nozzle to a preform. The blow molding apparatus includes a blow nozzle that mates with an open tube portion of a preform and a seal body that opens and closes the blow nozzle. A filling head extends along an axial direction of the blow nozzle and is provided at one end with a liquid supply channel connected to the blow nozzle and with a liquid introduction channel connected to the liquid supply channel from the side. A pressurized liquid supply unit is connected to the liquid introduction channel and supplies a pressurized liquid to the liquid introduction channel. Method and device for forming a balloon
