METHOD OF REMOVING FOREIGN MATTER FROM PREFORM AND APPARATUS FOR REMOVING FOREIGN MATTER FROM PREFORM
To facilitate removal of foreign matters from a preform.
While a preform (1) in an inverted position with a mouth portion (2a) thereof facing down is being continuously transferred, filtered air is blasted into the preform (1) through the mouth portion (2a) of the preform (1), and at the same time, air is sucked from the side of the mouth portion (2a) of the preform (1). Foreign matters can be more easily discharged from the preform (1) because of the flow of air and the weight of the foreign matters.
Method for producing a foamed granulate and use thereof
The invention relates to a method in which a polyester melt containing one or more polyesters is produced, the polyester melt being foamed by a blowing agent and a foamed granulate is produced from the foamed polyester melt. The intrinsic viscosity (IV) of the polyester melt is reduced by the blowing agent about at least 0.05 dl/g, measured according to ASTM D4603, and the IV of the foamed granulate is then increased by means of a solid phase polycondensation (SSP).
METHOD FOR PRODUCING MULTILAYERED CONTAINER
To provide a method for producing a multilayered container, which has a layer containing a polyester resin as a main component and a layer containing a polyamide resin as a main component and in which delamination is less likely to occur. The method for producing a multilayered container contains biaxially stretching and blow molding a preform having a polyester resin layer and a polyamide resin layer; a storage elastic modulus G′ of the polyamide resin being 5 MPa or more and less than 100 MPa; a moisture content of the polyamide resin layer being 0.5% or less; and the polyamide resin containing a xylylenediamine-based polyamide resin, 70 mol % or more of the structural units derived from diamine being derived from meta-xylylenediamine, from 80 to 97 mol % of the structural units derived from dicarboxylic acid being derived from an am-straight chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having from 4 to 8 carbons and from 20 to 3 mol % being derived from aromatic dicarboxylic acid.
Apparatus and method for heating plastic preforms with blow-out device
Apparatus for heating plastic preforms with a transport device which transports the plastic preforms during their heating along a predetermined transport path, with a first feed transport device which directly transfers the plastic preforms to the transport device in a transfer region, wherein this first feed transport device having a carrier which can be rotated with respect to an axis of rotation and has a plurality of holding devices which hold the plastic preforms, wherein each of these holding devices is in each case assigned an application device, wherein these application devices being arranged on a carrier which can be rotated about an axis of rotation.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CONTAINER PRODUCT AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD
Disclosed is a method for producing at least one molded, filled and sealed container product (10) comprising at least the method steps listed below: extruding a hose (32) by means of an extrusion device (12) using supporting gas in vertical extrusion direction in a preforming position; sealing the hose (32) at its lower end and cutting it at its upper open end; transporting of the parison (22) thus cut to length by means of a gripper device (20) in linear transport direction transverse to the extrusion direction from the preforming position into an opened molding tool (18); transferring the parison (22) into the opened molding tool (18) by means of the gripper device (20) in a main forming position; sealing the molding tool (18) for further forming of the parison (22) by a pressure gradient; filling and sealing the parison (22); and returning the gripper device (20) to the preforming position for a repeated sequence of the above method steps
Aseptic filling method and aseptic filling apparatus
To make a sterilization step appropriate in an aseptic filling apparatus. Provided is an aseptic filling apparatus including a step of sterilizing a preform and a step of sterilizing a container obtained by molding the preform, wherein assuming sterilization effects in the respective sterilization steps as X [LRV] and Y [LRV], a relationship of 5≤X+Y≤10 (where Y≥0) is established.
PROCESS STATION FOR A PARISON OR A CONTAINER MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL, APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING PARISONS OR CONTAINERS, PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING LINE FOR PRODUCING AND PACKAGING THE CONTAINERS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AND PACKAGING CONTAINERS
A process station (1) for a parison or a container (2) made of thermoplastic material, comprising: a concave shell (3) configured to be applied onto the mouth (2b) of the individual parison or container (2) in such a manner as to enwrap at least partially the neck (2a) of the parison or container (2) so as to delimit a volume for treatment (4) of the neck (2a) subjected to plasma balls immersed in a carrier gas stream.
Method and device for blow-molding containers which are sterile at least in some areas
A method and a device for producing blow-molded containers which are sterile at least in some areas. A preform made of a thermoplastic material is first heated in a heating device on a transport path through a blow-molding machine and then supplied with a pressurized fluid in a blow-molding station of the device. The preform is guided along a channel, which conducts a sterile gas, at least over one sub-section of the transport path of the preform. The transport path of the preform out of the channel is supplied with the sterile gas in order to produce a sterile gas corridor in which at least the opening region of the preform is guided. Multiple radiation sources are arranged along the channel and one behind the other in the transport direction. The radiation sources emit a sterilizing radiation onto the preform and/or onto the channel, and/or onto the sterile gas corridor.
Method and device for producing and filling containers
An apparatus for transforming a preform into a container filled with liquid filling material includes a mold that forms a mold head, a sterilization system, a chamber that is common to a group of mold heads, an evacuation system that is connected to the chamber, and conduit lines, each of which connects a mold head to the chamber. The sterilization system sterilizes the interior of the preform while it is in sealing engagement with the mold head. The evacuation system creates a vacuum in the preform. Liquid filling material enters the preform under pressure and causes it to transform into a container.
