Method of extrusion blow molding using a liquid
A method of making a container via a simultaneous filling and forming of the container with a liquid product is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of extruding a parison (12, 2), capturing a portion of the parison (12, 2) within a mold (15), and inflating the captured portion of the parison (12, 2) against the mold (15). The captured portion of the parison (12, 2) is inflated against the mold (15) by introducing the liquid product into an interior of the captured portion of the parison (12, 2), wherein the liquid product forms an end product to be sealed within the resultant container.
Container production method
A container production method including a preform setup step of disposing a preform in a blow molding mold and engaging a filling nozzle with a mouth of the preform; a blow molding step of liquid blow molding the preform by supplying a pressurized liquid into the preform; a liquid discharge step of releasing the blow molding mold and pressing a trunk of the container after molding with a pressing portion that is inserted from a clearance between separated mold pieces adjacent to each other to discharge a liquid in the container to the outside of the container by a predetermined amount; and a headspace forming step of forming a headspace in the container by separating the filling nozzle from a mouth of the container.
BLOW MOLDING DEVICE
A blow molding device in which pressure is accumulated in advance in a cylinder, which is used for providing pressurized an air space about a mouth of a preform to be molding into a container within a mold using a pressurized liquid. Pressure is also accumulated in advance in an accumulator. When a pressurized liquid is supplied into the preform, the opening-closing valve of the accumulator is opened to thereby apply the accumulated pressure within the accumulator to the liquid supplied into the preform, and the opening-closing valve is closed to thereby allow the accumulated pressure within the cylinder to pressurize the air space.
Liquid container manufacturing method
A liquid container manufacturing method includes: a nozzle fitting step of fitting a blow nozzle into a mouth of a preform; a liquid replacing step of replacing the air in the preform with a liquid by supplying a predetermined amount of liquid from a liquid supply port to the preform with a discharge port open; and a liquid blow molding step of molding the preform into a liquid container by supplying a pressurized liquid from the liquid supply port into the preform after the discharge port is closed.

DEVICE FOR PRODUCING AND FILLING CONTAINER PRODUCTS
1. Device for producing and filling container products 2. A device for producing and filling container products, in which at least one hose (19) of plasticized plastic material can be extruded into an opened mold (7) starting from an extrusion head (13) along a hose guide, wherein by means of at least one filling mandrel (1), which at least in one functional position extends through the extrusion head (13), a filling material can be introduced into the relevant container and wherein at least one process gas feeder device (21, 23) can be used to bring a process gas into the interior of the hose (19), wherein the process gas feeder device (21, 23) has a guide duct (21) extending inside the extrusion head (13) along the outside of the filling mandrel (1), is characterized in that at least part of the process gas introduced is discharged through the extrusion head (13) along at least one predeterminable exhaust gas duct (35), which is separated from the relevant guide duct (21).
Method and apparatus for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers with intermediate blowing pressure control
A method for forming plastic preforms into containers, wherein a transport device transports the preforms along a transport path. The transport device has a rotatable transport carrier where forming stations are arranged for forming the preforms into containers. The forming stations each have devices which apply a flowable medium to the preforms, and the apparatus has three pressure reservoirs which store the flowable and gaseous medium to expand the preforms. The preforms are applied to a first operating mode with a first pressure level stored in the first pressure reservoir, and at least one second and one third pressure levels stored in the second and third pressure reservoirs. The second pressure level is higher than the first, and the third pressure level is higher than the second. The apparatus is operated in a second operating mode, which differs from the first mode by pressure level prevailing in the second pressure reservoir.
Blow molding apparatus and blow molding method
A blow molding apparatus that supplies a pressurized liquid into a bottomed tubular preform fitted to a mold used for blow molding and molds the preform into a shape conforming to a cavity of the mold, the blow molding apparatus including: a blow nozzle fitted to a mouth tubular portion of the preform; a plunger pump configured to supply the pressurized liquid into the preform through the blow nozzle; and a control device configured to change an actuation rate and an actuation force of the plunger pump during the supply of the pressurized liquid into the preform to regulate a peak pressure of the liquid supplied into the preform to be from 3.5 MPa to 5.0 MPa.
