Blow molding method, blow molding mold, and blow molding apparatus
A blow mold method for a double-walled container, including: blowing in which an intermediate molded article is molded by stretch blowing a preform housed in a die; and pressing in which the intermediate molded article is pressed inside the die and a double-walled container is molded. During the pressing, an internal floor-corresponding section is pressed such that internal wall-corresponding section is inverted as far as the inside of an outer wall-corresponding section, in a state in which heat retention is maintained such that the internal wall-corresponding section can be inverted as far as the inside of the outer wall-corresponding section.
Bottle container of a pinch-grip type, and movable inserts of a blow mold used to mold such a bottle container
An invention including a bottle container of a pinch-grip type of synthetic resin blow-molded product and which includes a body of a bottle container, and a grip including a pair of right and left deep-recessed grip portions, formed by concaving both side wall portions of the body of the bottle container, a rear wall portion of the body disposed at a position rearward from the deep-recessed grip portions in a front-back direction, wherein each grip portion includes a caved in recessed wall, vertical side walls positioned facing each other across the wall, and lateral walls disposed at upper and lower ends of the wall, so that surrounding walls as a whole is formed by vertical walls and lateral walls that surround the recessed wall, and wherein the vertical side walls have an angle of gradient which is set at a right angle relative to a transverse center line extending horizontally.
Containers and apparatus and method for fabricating and filling containers
An apparatus (100) for the fabrication of a container (300) comprising a mold (121) defining the form of said container (300) and configured to accommodate a substantially tubular preform, an injection head (115) configured to interface with the preform (108) and establish fluid communication with a cavity thereof; and an injection valve (202), said injection valve (202) configured to selectively permit fluid communication through said injection head (115); said apparatus (100) further comprising at least one compression means (303A, 303B) mobile relative to said mold (121) such that said at least one compression means (303A, 303B) is disposed outside said mold cavity (105) in a retracted position and projects into said mold cavity (105) in an extended position.
DUST COVER, SUSPENSION DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DUST COVER
A dust cover is configured to cover an outer side of a damper extending in a predetermined direction. The dust cover includes bellows portions and a flange portion. The bellows portions are inclined alternately toward a radially outer side and a radially inner side in an axial direction. The flange portion extends radially outward from a cylindrical portion of the dust cover. The flange portion protrudes radially outward from the cylindrical portion of the dust cover by a dimension larger than a height dimension in a radial direction between a radially inner end and a radially outer end of each of the bellows portions. A thickness of the flange portion is larger than a thickness of the radially outer end of each of the bellows portions.
Molding unit equipped with a boxing system with a proportional solenoid valve
A molding unit for the manufacturing of a container from a blank made of plastic material includes: a mold equipped with a wall and a movable insert; and at least one boxing system including a cylinder that is integral with the insert. The boxing system includes: at least one solenoid valve mounted on a primary fluid circuit, with this solenoid valve including a fluid outlet connected to a primary chamber and that defines a variable passage section based on an electric control signal applied to the solenoid valve; and a processing unit connected to the solenoid valve and programmed to vary the electric control signal applied to the latter.
Preform and method for producing container
A preform 20 comprises a neck portion 22 having an opening 21, a cylindrical barrel portion 23, and a bottom portion 24 larger in diameter than the barrel portion 23, and has a corner portion 25 at a boundary between the barrel portion 23 and the bottom portion 24.
STRETCH BLOW MOULDING METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A PLASTIC CONTAINER AND A PLASTIC CONTAINER WHICH IS MANUFACTURED IN A STRETCH BLOW MOULDING METHOD
A stretch blow moulding method for manufacturing a plastic container, wherein a preform, configured in an essentially tubular manner with a neck part, is inserted into a mould cavity of a blow moulding tool of a stretch blow moulding machine. The preform is stretched with a stretching mandrel and is inflated in accordance with the mould cavity by overpressure with a fluid. A dome connects onto a container section which is provided with at least one structure which projects or recedes with respect to the container wall and is separated away. With the stretch blow moulding method, at least one section of the structure is axially compressed to a settable extent within the mould cavity before the plastic container is removed from the mould.
Blow mold
A blow mold is provided and includes a cavity mold composed of a pair of split molds for forming a cavity in which a preform is to be housed, a link member having one end side pivotably supported by a shaft member, and having on another end side a recess insert die which presses the preform during blow molding to form a grip portion, and a cam member which is provided lateral to the cavity mold so as to be linearly movable, and which presses the link member in accordance with a linear movement thereof to pivot the link member.
Blow mold
A blow mold includes: a pair of movable molds for forming engagement grooves of a container body; and advancing/retreating mechanism units for advancing and retreating the movable molds between a standby position and a molding position. The advancing/retreating mechanism units are equipped with drive shafts to which the movable molds are fixed and which are rotatably supported with respect to a cavity mold; actuator devices which each have a linear-motion shaft capable of advancing and retreating in a direction orthogonal to the drive shaft and which are each swingably provided with respect to the cavity mold; and link members each having an end side fixed to the drive shaft outside the cavity mold and an opposite end side coupled to the linear-motion shaft.
