METHOD FOR PRODUCING FOAM BLOW-MOLDED ARTICLE
A method for producing a foamed blow-molded article, which includes extruding a physical blowing agent-containing foamable molten resin downwardly through a annular die to form a tubular foamed parison, clamping the foamed parison between split molds, and then blow molding it. At the latest before completion of the clamping of the foamed parison between the split molds, a gas is blown toward an inner peripheral surface of an upper portion of the foamed parison, the bottom portion of which has been closed, from a gas ejection outlet located within the foamed parison at a position immediately below the annular die to widen the foamed parison.

Mould filling with subsequent closing under internal pressure
Disclosed is an apparatus for expanding and filling plastic parisons to form plastic containers with a liquid medium, with at least one transforming station which has a hollow mould, inside which the plastic parisons can be expanded into plastic containers and can be simultaneously filled by application of a liquid medium, wherein the transforming station is arranged on a carrier and wherein the transforming station has a filling device which feeds the liquid medium to the plastic parisons under pressure, wherein the transforming station has a pressure chamber to which a gas can be applied, wherein for filling of the plastic parisons the filling device can be introduced into the pressure chamber and after the filling can be removed at least partially, and wherein a closing unit can be introduced into the pressure chamber, in order to close the expanded und filled plastic containers.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TREATING HOLLOW BODIES
A device for treating hollow bodies, comprising at least a nozzle and a circuit for setting a pressurized airflow in circulation, having a valve and a first pressure sensor measuring a first pressure; a control distributor of said valve; a line connecting said distributor to said valve; a control unit with a time measurement component; wherein said device comprises a second pressure sensor situated along said line, measuring a second pressure, and wherein said control unit comprises means that are able to determine a differential between the measurement of the first pressure and the measurement of the second pressure as a function of time. The invention also relates to a corresponding treatment method.
Method for manufacturing resin container and blow molding method
In a method for manufacturing a resin container, in the adjusting the temperature of the preform, the preform is accommodated in a cavity mold, a refrigerant introduction member is inserted into the preform, the refrigerant introduction member including a first flow path and a second flow path which are different in introduction or discharge position of a refrigerant, the preform is cooled by bringing the preform into close contact with an inner wall of the cavity mold at a pressure of the refrigerant introduced from the refrigerant introduction member. When the preform is cooled, cooling is performed by switching between a first cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the first flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the second flow path and a second cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the second flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the first flow path.
Method of extrusion blow molding using a liquid
A method of making a container via a simultaneous filling and forming of the container with a liquid product is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of extruding a parison (12, 2), capturing a portion of the parison (12, 2) within a mold (15), and inflating the captured portion of the parison (12, 2) against the mold (15). The captured portion of the parison (12, 2) is inflated against the mold (15) by introducing the liquid product into an interior of the captured portion of the parison (12, 2), wherein the liquid product forms an end product to be sealed within the resultant container.
BLOW MOLDING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RESIN LINER FOR PRESSURE VESSEL USING THE SAME
To suppress the degradation of sealing property of a pressure vessel and the deterioration of a sealing member, and to reduce the workload and cost of manufacture, a blow molding device includes a pair of molds configured to be clamped to sandwich a parison from both lateral sides, and a blow pin configured to form a neck portion together with the molds. The blow pin includes a blow pin body portion having an outer circumferential surface of a shape corresponding to an inner circumferential surface of the neck portion, and a ring portion forming an annular recess portion between the blow pin body portion and the ring portion to form an outer circumferential surface of a tip portion of the neck portion, which is a smooth surface without any parting line.
