Method for manufacturing resin container and blow molding method
In a method for manufacturing a resin container, in the adjusting the temperature of the preform, the preform is accommodated in a cavity mold, a refrigerant introduction member is inserted into the preform, the refrigerant introduction member including a first flow path and a second flow path which are different in introduction or discharge position of a refrigerant, the preform is cooled by bringing the preform into close contact with an inner wall of the cavity mold at a pressure of the refrigerant introduced from the refrigerant introduction member. When the preform is cooled, cooling is performed by switching between a first cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the first flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the second flow path and a second cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the second flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the first flow path.

In the temperature adjustment step S2, a preform 11 is accommodated in a cavity mold 31, an air introduction member 32 is brought into airtight contact with the preform 11, the air is supplied from a blowing port of the air introduction member 32 into the preform 11, and the air is discharged from a discharge port of the air introduction member 32 to an outside of the preform 11, so that the preform 11 is in close contact with an inner wall of the cavity mold 31 and is cooled.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AN OPTIMIZED NECK CONTOUR ON PREFORMS
A method and device for producing an optimized neck contour on preforms below the neck which is optimal for subsequent stretch blow molding. The geometry has a significantly thinner wall thickness than the neck itself. The preform can only be produced in the injection molding tool, when axial channels are used on the point or the vanes produce the thin points on the preform during injection molding. The thin-walled geometry on the preform can be produced outside of the mold during post-cooling by embossing. The preform is there removed in a cooled receiving sleeve and is cooled in the body by intensive contact cooling while no cooling contact is made with the preform neck due to the initial position of the embossing element. Due to the reheating of the neck they can be mechanically deformed into a new geometry advantageous for blow molding and thus wall thickness can be influenced.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TEMPERING THE NECK END REGION OF MOLDED PREFORMS
An apparatus for cooling molded preforms may comprise a conveyor device for conveying the molded preforms and a tempering insert. The conveyor device may also comprise an extraction plate that contains a cooling cavity for receiving and cooling a closed section of a molded preform. The tempering insert may be connected to the conveyor device and be configured to temper a neck region of the preform by direct contact. The tempering insert may be designed to both temper and accommodate a preform in the conveyor device. The apparatus may further comprise a heat pipe that is configured to draw heat from the cooling cavity to cool the closed section of the preform.
