PANEL FLATTENING ASSEMBLY AND DISPLAY MODULE INCLUDING THE SAME

A panel flattening assembly includes a first fixing assembly and a second fixing assembly respectively disposed at a first corner and a second corner adjacent to the first corner in a first direction on a rear surface of a display panel; a first supporting member disposed between the first fixing assembly and the second fixing assembly and spaced apart from the display panel; a first displacement adjusting member connected to the first fixing assembly and adjusting a distance between the first fixing assembly and a first end of the first supporting member by adjusting a displacement of the first fixing assembly; and a second displacement adjusting member connected to the second fixing assembly and adjusting a distance between the second fixing assembly and a second end of the first supporting member by adjusting a displacement of the second fixing assembly.

REMOVING WRINKLES ADJACENT TO A JOINT

A system and method for removing a wrinkle adjacent to a joint between a first surface material and a second surface material, different from the first surface material. The system and method may include directing a flow of air creating an air wall across the first surface material adjacent to the joint where the wrinkle is being removed from the second surface material; directing heat onto the wrinkle in the second surface material; and working out the wrinkle from the second surface material while the second surface material is at an elevated temperature.

A protective film 10 of the present invention is used by being attached to a resin substrate 21 at the time of performing heat bending on the resin substrate 21 while heating the resin substrate 21. The protective film 10 includes a base material layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer which is positioned between the base material layer and the resin substrate 21 and is adhered to the resin substrate 21. The base material layer is formed of a laminate having a first layer which is positioned on the opposite side of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, contains a thermoplastic resin, and has a melting point of 150° C. or higher and a second layer which is positioned on the pressure sensitive adhesive layer side, contains a thermoplastic resin, and has a melting point of lower than 120° C.

A method for processing floorboards using digital printing, comprising: preparing a base material layer; arranging a printing layer on the base material layer, wherein the printing layer is directly printed by a digital printing apparatus and is formed on a surface of the base material layer; and arranging a protection layer on the printing layer, wherein the protection layer is attached to the printing layer by means of one or a combination of processes selected from roll-coating, shower-coating, spray-coating, transfer-printing and printing, wherein the protection layer displays one or a combination of artistic effects selected from flat, sunken, raised, finely creased, patterned and crackled by means of one or a combination of processes selected from levelling, flatting, printing, embossing, corroding, carving, brushing and crackling. According to the processing technology of the present disclosure, various patterns can be designed and processed in different ways or combinations according to the user's requirements.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING FILMS FROM PLASTIC
20230271369 · 2023-08-31 ·

A film is manufactured from a semi-crystalline plastics material by a method with multiple steps. In step a, the film is shaped using a calender, in which a melt coming from a slotted nozzle is introduced into a nip between two cooling or calibrating rollers. The film is calendered between the two cooling or calibrating rollers. In step b, The film is cooled in a cooling section, which has roller pairs arranged one after the other. A film temperature is changed by changing a temperature of downstream rollers, thereby achieving a maximum number of crystallization nuclei. The film temperature is detected using sensors. In step c, the film is cooled down further to a film temperature that allows the film to be spooled. The temperature of the film is kept in a defined temperature range between 128° C. and 138° C. in step b), thereby preventing the automatic formation of further crystals.

Elevator with debowing mechanism

Techniques are described herein for reducing bowing effects on a substrate while the substrate is being transported, for example in an elevator mechanism, from a first travel path to a second travel path, where the first travel path is offset from the second travel path so that the first travel path is not collinear with the second travel path. The substrate can be any substrate that is bowed and for which one wishes to eliminate or reduce the bow. One specific substrate that can benefit from the techniques described herein are personalized documents such as plastic cards including but not limited to financial (e.g. credit and debit) cards, drivers' licenses, national identification cards, gift cards, loyalty cards, employee badges, and other plastic cards which bear personalized data unique to the card holder and/or which bear other card or document information.
