Provided is a resin for nanoimprinting, which is capable of preventing removal of a transfer-receiving resin from a substrate when a mold is separated during nanoimprinting, and which is also capable of transferring a pattern on a mold to a transfer-receiving resin with high accuracy during thermal nanoimprinting, while improving the throughput. Forming features in the surface of a bicycle component involves depositing a substance onto a substrate in a geometric pattern to form a transfer medium. Forming features may also involve positioning the transfer medium relative to an unformed bicycle component, and forming a negative of the geometric pattern in the bicycle component through the application of heat and/or pressure to the transfer medium and the unformed bicycle component. The transfer medium may be configured for use in the molding of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (“CFRP”) bicycle components and may include a substrate formed of a flexible material, and a geometric pattern formed of a hard material, the hard material different than the flexible material.
Preparation method of patterned substrate
A method for preparing a patterned substrate includes selectively etching any one segment block of a self-assembled block copolymer from a laminate having a substrate; wherein a block copolymer membrane is formed on the substrate and the substrate contains the self-assembled block copolymer. According to the method, the self-assembled pattern of the block copolymer can be efficiently and accurately transferred on the substrate to prepare a patterened substate.
Imprint method using a soluble mold and its related imprint system
An imprint method provided herein includes the steps of: adding a soluble material to a master mold; solidifying the soluble material to form a soluble mold having a mold pattern; adhering a dissociable tape to the soluble mold to separate the soluble mold from the master mold; placing the soluble mold onto a polymer layer of a workpiece for imprint; applying a high temperature and a pressure to the soluble mold to allow the polymer layer having an imprint pattern corresponding to the mold pattern and solidification, and to dissociate the tape; and providing a solvent to dissolve the soluble mold to obtain an imprint workpiece having the imprint pattern.

ANTIBACTERIAL MOLDED ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
An antibacterial molded article that can further increase antibacterial performance. The present invention for achieving the above object is related to an antibacterial molded article including a resin molded article. The resin molded article has an antibacterial area on a surface of the resin molded article, the antibacterial area having a prominent protrusion ratio of 3% or greater and 25% or less. Alternatively, the resin molded article has an antibacterial area on a surface of the resin molded article, the antibacterial area having: a maximum height of profile defined by JIS B 0601 (2013) of 100 nm or greater and less than 500 nm, and a plurality of capture protrusions having a height of not less than half the maximum height of profile (Rz), in which an average distance between the plurality of capture protrusions is 1.5 μm or greater and 7 μm or less.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a molded body (10), comprising the following steps: a) providing a molding tool (40) which has at least one receptacle (12) in which at least one material (30) which comprises at least one shape-memory material (31) is introduced, wherein the shape-memory material (31) is present in a first state (111), wherein the material (30) at least partially fills the receptacle (12) of the molding tool (40) in such a manner that said material adjoins at least one surface of the receptacle (12); b) creating a molded body (10) in the receptacle (12) of the molding tool (40) from the material (30), wherein the shape-memory material (31) is present in a second state (112), wherein a form (11) is embossed into the molded body (10) during the second state (112); c) transferring the shape-memory material (31) to a third state (113), wherein the molded body (10) can be deformed during the third state (113) in such a manner that the molded body (10) is demolded from the receptacle (12) of the molding tool (40); and d) at least partially restoring the form (11) of the molded body (10) by transferring the shape-memory material (31) to a fourth state (114), wherein the molded body (10) at least partially resumes the form (11) according to step b) during the fourth state (114).
