The present invention discloses a film pasting device, comprising a main board body, the main board body is provided with a film fixed area for fixing a protective film, and a pressing hole is formed in the film fixed area on the main board body; and the film fixed area is configured to be bonded with one side, deviating from a pull-up film, of a film body of the protective film, such that the protective film is connected to the main board body as a whole; the film body is disconnected from the film fixed area when pushing the side of the protective film deviating from the pull-up film after penetrating through the pressing hole.

Devices, methods and systems disclosed herein relate to the application of a protective film on a surface of an electronic device that instantly reduces air bubbles and eliminates the waiting time usually required when using a wet fluid solution. In one embodiment, a roller device may include a carriage or housing and one or more rollers coupled or integrated with the housing, configured to apply a protective material to a surface of the electronic device in a first orientation, and configured to function as a device stand in a second orientation. In addition or alternatively, a roller guide apparatus and/or a wedge may be utilized to assist the roller device in applying the protective material to the surface of the electronic device.

A system and method for separating a layer from a layer assembly when the layer assembly includes a backing layer and a material layer. The system includes an automated machine having a controller and an end effector. A separating tool is attached to the end effector of the automated machine. The separating tool includes a displacing member, with an outer face, configured to establish a void between the backing layer and the material layer by displacing a portion of the backing layer. The separating layer also includes a securing member configured to establish a mechanical connection with a displaced portion of the backing layer.

A film-embossing apparatus with a hot-embossing device which has a heated embossing stamp. With the formation of a contact pressure, a transfer layer, arranged on a carrier film, of a hot-embossing film is transferred to a surface of a workpiece. The hot-embossing device has control inputs and outputs. The film-embossing apparatus has an industrial robot with control inputs and outputs. The control inputs and outputs of the hot-embossing device and of the industrial robot are connected to a control unit. The industrial robot is formed such that it guides the workpiece to the hot-embossing device, positions the workpiece on the embossing stamp, guides the workpiece past the embossing stamp, and guides the embossed workpiece away from the hot-embossing device. The industrial robot can also position the hot-embossing device on the workpiece.

A film laminating device is configured to attach a protective film on an electronic device. A top cover assembly comprising a protective film and a top cover is provided thereof, and the protective film comprises a protective layer and a release layer with a handle. A base is provided with a limit slot configured to place the electronic device, and when the top cover assembly is placed on a support table of the base, the side, deviating from the top cover, of the protective film may be in contact with the electronic device. The release layer is removed through pulling the handle, one end of the protective layer is in linear contact with a screen of the electronic device, the top cover is then bent upwards to be separated from the protective layer, the protective layer is gradually adsorbed on the screen according to its own gravity.

A two-stage application device is disclosed for installing a screen protector on a display screen of a screen-mounted device. The application device includes a base, a first actuating lever, and a second actuating lever. Systems and methods for applying a protective layer to an outer surface of a mobile device. A system may include a protective layer for an outer surface of a mobile device and an alignment layer coupled to the protective layer. A frame may define a cavity configured to receive the mobile device. The frame may include a surface positioned outside of the cavity and configured to support the alignment layer and configured to be depressed relative to the mobile device to reduce a distance between the protective layer and the outer surface of the mobile device when the mobile device is positioned in the cavity.

A mobile phone screen protector device includes a positioning seat, a positioning frame, an auxiliary adhesive sheet, a screen protector, and a scraper. The positioning seat has a first raised portion, a second raised portion, and a positioning space between the first and second raised portions for accommodating a mobile phone with a screen facing upward. The first raised portion is higher than the second raised portion. The auxiliary adhesive sheet is adhered to an underside of the positioning frame. The screen protector is adhered to an underside of the auxiliary adhesive sheet. The positioning frame and the auxiliary adhesive sheet are confined to the tops of the first and second raised portions, and the screen protector is inclined at an angle relative to the screen.
