The present invention provides a fiber-reinforced composite material including a resin (A) and a reinforcing fiber (B), and having: a porous structure portion having micropores with an average pore diameter of 500 μm or less as measured by a mercury intrusion method; and a coarse cavity portion defined by the porous structure portion and having a maximum length of more than 500 μm as a cross-sectional opening portion.
FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, AND FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN ARTICLE
A fiber-reinforced resin material includes: a first fiber-reinforced resin layer; a second fiber-reinforced resin layer having higher ductility and lower elasticity than those of the first fiber-reinforced resin layer; and a third fiber-reinforced resin layer having higher ductility and lower elasticity than those of the second fiber-reinforced resin layer. The first layer, the second layer, and the third layer are laminated and integrated in this order is made of the fiber-reinforced resin material. The manufacturing method includes: stacking a sheet-shaped product obtained by forming continuous fibers into a sheet shape and a resin sheet that serves as a first thermoplastic resin, a second thermoplastic resin, or a third thermoplastic resin so as to obtain a laminated structure in which the first layer, the second layer, and the third layer are laminated in this order; and heating and compressing the obtained stacked product in a stacking direction.
PREPREG, LAMINATE, AND INTEGRATED PRODUCT
A prepreg includes composition elements [A], [B], and [C] described below,
[A] a reinforcing fiber,
[B] a thermosetting resin, and
[C] a thermoplastic resin.
[B] contains a thermoplastic resin having an aromatic ring with an amount of 10% or more by mass, a resin region containing [B] is present on one surface of the prepreg, a resin region containing [C] is present on another surface of the prepreg, and [A] that crosses over a boundary surface between the resin region containing [B] and the resin region containing [C] and that is in contact with both resin regions is present.
FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN COMPOSITE SHEET, FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND MOLDED RESIN ARTICLE INCLUDING SAME
A fiber-reinforced resin composite sheet of the present invention contains: a polyamide resin film containing a dicarboxylic acid component (a) and a diamine component (b); and a plurality of reinforcing fibers laminated in a state of being oriented in the same direction on the polyamide resin film, the reinforcing fibers being obtained by opening a reinforcing fiber bundle. The dicarboxylic acid component (a) contains 60 mol % or more and 100 mol % or less of terephthalic acid. The diamine component (b) contains 60 mol % or more and 100 mol % or less of 1,9-nonanediamine and 2-methyl-1,8 octanediamine. The fiber-reinforced resin composite sheet has a volume content rate Vf of the reinforcing fibers of 20% or more and 70% or less and a thickness of 20 μm or more and 70 μm or less.
Impregnation device and shaping apparatus
An impregnation device includes an impregnation unit, a first supply unit, a second supply unit, and a supply controller. The impregnation unit impregnates a bundle of transported continuous fibers with a resin mixture. The first supply unit supplies a resin of a first composition to the impregnation unit. The second supply unit supplies a resin of a second composition that is different from the resin of the first composition to the impregnation unit. The supply controller controls an amount of resin supplied from the first supply unit and the second supply unit to the impregnation unit.
FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND SANDWICH STRUCTURE
An object of the present invention is to obtain a fiber-reinforced composite material achieving both lightweight properties and mechanical properties at a high level. The present invention is a fiber-reinforced composite material including: a resin (A); and a reinforcing fiber (B), and including: a fiber-reinforced structure portion including an in-plane orientation portion having an average fiber orientation angle of the reinforcing fiber (B) of 0° or more and 45° or less and an out-of-plane orientation portion having an average fiber orientation angle of the reinforcing fiber (B) of more than 45° and 90° or less; and a cavity portion defined by the in-plane orientation portion and the out-of-plane orientation portion of the fiber-reinforced structure portion.
