An apparatus for producing a rubber caterpillar track with tensile members has a cylindrical internal shape for forming the inside contour of the rubber caterpillar track, wherein the internal shape has a cylindrical dome which, in the circumferential direction (U) on its radial outer side, has a plurality of recesses for accommodating unvulcanized shaped elements for internal teeth, and has a cylindrical external shape for forming the outside contour of the rubber caterpillar track, wherein the external shape has a plurality of external shape segments in the circumferential direction (U). The external shape segments each have a recess on their radial inner side for accommodating an unvulcanized shaped element for external teeth. The invention further relates to a method for producing a rubber caterpillar track with tensile members.

In a first aspect, the present invention relates to a flat belt as an endless traction means suitable for conveyor belts, wherein the flat belt has no fabric insert in the force transmission region and optionally no fabric insert in the back of the belt. In a further aspect, a method for producing a flat belt as an endless traction means is provided. This method is a multistage method involving the steps of forming a flat belt with a main body and endless tension member elements, present therein, by means of a rotary vulcanization process, and subsequently forming at least a part of the force transmission region on the flat belt obtained by the rotary vulcanization process. Furthermore, drive means for conveyor belts, comprising a flat belt according to the invention are provided, and agricultural machines having a conveying device, designed to convey agricultural harvested material, having a flat belt or conveyor belt according to the invention.

Method and device for making a double-toothed belt

A device for making a double-sided toothed belt has an inner mold having teeth and an outer mold. The outer mold includes segments arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the inner mold and mutually adjacent. The device has a force transmission element arranged on the radial outer side of the segments. A pressure vessel has a cylindrical wall surrounding the force transmission element. The force transmission element is formed as a bellows fastened with two ends in pressure-tight fashion to the pressure vessel. The force transmission element is arranged in a ring-shaped space formed between the wall of the pressure vessel and the radial outer side of the segments. The pressure vessel has a pressure medium bore which opens into the ring-shaped space radially outside the force transmission element. The segments and the inner mold each have one axial passage bore through which fluid can be conducted.

A flat belt provides an endless traction suitable for conveyor belts, and has no fabric insert in the force transmission region. In some embodiment it has no fabric insert in the back of the belt. The flat belt is formed by a multistage method which includes forming a flat belt with a main body and endless tension member elements, by a rotary vulcanization process, and subsequently forming at least a part of the force transmission region on the flat belt. The flat belt may be used in agricultural machines which convey agricultural harvested material.

A device for making a double-sided toothed belt has an inner mold having teeth and an outer mold. The pressure vessel has a pressure medium bore which opens into the ring-shaped space radially outside the force transmission element. The segments and the inner mold each have one axial passage bore through which fluid can be conducted.
