MOLDING PROCESS FOR SHOES WITH INNER LINING
20230049211 · 2023-02-16 · ·

The present application discloses a molding process for shoes with inner lining, comprising: placing a molding inner core sleeved with an inner lining in a combined external mold being preset with a semi-molded shell; performing a mold-closing action to make the semi-molded shell in the first external mold and the second external mold attach to the inner lining, respectively; and heating to vulcanize the semi-molded shell, and combining with the inner lining to produce a shoe with inner lining.

Soles for sports shoes

Improved soles and insoles for shoes, in particular sports shoes, are described. In an aspect, a sole for a shoe, in particular a sports shoe, with at least a first and a second surface region is provided. The first surface region comprises expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (“TPU”). The second surface region is free from expanded TPU.

Foam article with enhanced properties

A foam article, such as a cushioning element for an article of footwear, apparel or sporting equipment is provided that comprises a foam component, such as a midsole, having a number of beneficial physical characteristics. The cushioning element is a low-density foamed component with a surface skin that encases the remaining foam volume. The cushioning element has a number of foam volumes, arranged to achieve a more consistent foam component. Additionally, the cushioning element includes a series of concentric ridges extending radially outwardly from injection gate vestige locations, and a number of striation bands near the perimeter of the cushioning element. The location of the gate vestiges can be beneficially arranged to produce intersecting flow boundaries that are located away from key strain areas of the cushioning element. The cushioning element is more environmentally-friendly, requiring less energy to produce while still providing acceptable energy return and low density.

Direct Soling

A method for manufacturing a shoe can include a) lasting an upper; b) providing an open sole casting mold; c) foaming sole material outside the sole casting mold; d) injecting the foamed sole material into the sole casting mold; and e) bringing the lasted upper into contact with the injected sole material.

Method of manufacturing insole

A method of manufacturing an insole may include providing an electronic element on a support layer; connecting a connector to the support layer; providing the support layer to a lower mold frame; covering the lower mold frame with an upper mold frame; and applying a foam material between the lower mold frame and the upper mold frame.

Method for making sole structure with knitted fabric and sole structure

The present invention provides a method for making a sole structure with a knitted fabric and a sole structure. The method comprises steps of: placing a thermoplastic filling material in a knitted fabric, sealing an opening of the knitted fabric, placing the knitted fabric with the opening sealed in a mold, applying a heating temperature to melt the thermoplastic filling material of the knitted fabric, and restricting a shape of the knitted fabric via the mold to make a sole structure. The sole structure includes a compressible elastomer and a knitting texture wrapped around the compressible elastomer and fused with a surface of the compressible elastomer. The compressible elastomer is formed from the thermoplastic filling material after being melted and cooled. The knitting texture is formed from the knitted fabric and is capable of being directly observed from an appearance of the sole structure.

A method for preparing a shoe shell using a twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold comprises steps of preparing rubber for the shoe shell and cutting the rubber for the shoe shell into elongated or square sizes; heating the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold to required temperatures within 3 hour; and opening the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold with the bottom mold of the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold being opened in a direction away from the mold main body of the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold; putting the rubber for the shoe shell into the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold; closing the bottom mold towards the mold main body, lifting the mold inner edge of the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold to be stored into the mold main body until the bottom mold and the mold main body are closed, and performing a heating for 2-8 minutes; separating the bottom mold from the mold main body periodically during heating; reopening the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold; taking out a semi-finished shoe shell; and trimming the semi-finished shoe shell.

FOOTWEAR INJECTION MOULD

A footwear injection mold includes a primary injection mold having a first coupling element of a first coupling assembly; and a secondary injection mold provides at least part of an injection chamber for molding a footwear part. The injection chamber has a proximal surface defining at least part of a distal surface of the footwear part and a second coupling element of the first coupling assembly. The first coupling assembly is configured to fix the secondary injection mold relative to the first injection mold.

FOOTWEAR AND OTHER ARTICLES FORMED BY JET EXTRUSION PROCESSES

In certain aspects, the inventive subject matter is directed to production of constructs of footwear and components thereof by jet extrusion. The inventive subject matter contemplates novel processes for making such constructs using jets or streams of materials that solidify as fibers, and which form into two- or three-dimensional webs as they are collected. The webs may be in the nature of films, membranes, or mats. In some embodiments, the inventive subject matter generally relates to nonwoven textiles consisting of webs of superfine fibers, i.e., fibers with diameters in nanoscale or micronscale ranges.
