The clamping assembly may move on the workbench; the material conveying apparatus moves a pipe to be machined into or out of the support apparatus; the support apparatus supports the pipe to be machined and may drive same to ascend or descend; the clamping assembly clamps and seals two ends of a plastic pipe of the pipe to be machined; and the clamping assembly drives the pipe to be machined to pass through the heating and cooling apparatus. In the present disclosure, a feeding process, a clamping process, heating and cooling processes and a discharging process may be completed in sequence by means of the compounding device.
