A curing means (6) is then provided within the hollow structure (1) for curing the resin composition; and the resin composition is cured to harden the material sheets and provide a renovated interior of the hollow structure (1).

Methods for producing three-dimensional objects with apparatus having feed channels

A method of forming a three-dimensional object, wherein said three-dimensional object is an insert for use between a helmet and a human body, is described. The method may use a polymerizable liquid, or resin, useful for the production by additive manufacturing of a three-dimensional object, comprising a mixture of (i) a light polymerizable liquid first component, and (ii) a second solidifiable component that is different from said first component.

METHODS OF PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECTS WITH APPARATUS HAVING FEED CHANNELS

A method of forming a three-dimensional object is carried out by: (a) providing a carrier and an optically transparent member having a build surface, the carrier and the build surface defining a build region therebetween; (b) filling the build region with a polymerizable liquid, the polymerizable liquid including a mixture of (i) a light polymerizable liquid first component, and (ii) a second solidifiable component that is different from the first component; (c) irradiating the build region with light through the optically transparent member to form a solid polymer scaffold from the first component and also advancing the carrier away from the build surface to form a three-dimensional intermediate having the same shape as, or a shape to be imparted to, the three-dimensional object, and containing the second solidifiable component carried in the scaffold in unsolidified and/or uncured form; and (d) concurrently with or subsequent to the irradiating step, solidifying and/or curing the second solidifiable component in the three-dimensional intermediate to form the three-dimensional object.

The present invention discloses a foldable FRP plate, comprising a plurality of first regions and one or a plurality of second regions which are integrated in one piece; the second region is located between two adjacent first regions, so that the adjacent first regions being folded and unfolded relative to each other with the second region as a rotating shaft; the first regions are plate-like products manufactured by impregnating fiber woven fabric with resin for curing, are rigid and cannot be folded; the second region is flexible fiber woven fabric and has a width being two times a design thickness of the FRP plate. The present invention also discloses a manufacturing method, including laying the fiber woven fabric according to a design thickness and a layer layout; dividing the first regions and the second region according to an origami design method.

CONCRETE DOWEL PLACEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
20230226738 · 2023-07-20 ·

A concrete dowel placement system and methods for making the same. The system allows for accurate and easy substantially-parallel or parallel placement of slip dowels within sections of concrete so that adjacent sections of concrete may be allowed to undergo thermal expansion and contraction while remaining in a common plane without cracking or faulting. The system includes a coupler and a sheath. The sheath is configured to be slidably extensible over the coupler and may be held to the coupler by friction. An outer surface of the sheath may be textured. Additionally, a method of constructing the concrete dowel placement system includes extruding material to form two tubes of different sizes. The tubes are then attached to each other, then material is extruded or injection molded to form a sheath. Alternatively, construction may include extruding material to form a tube, then removing some of the material from the tube in order to form a coupler.

Method of Recycling Waste and Product Make by the Same
