The present invention discloses a speaker module, comprising: a speaker assembly, a module shell and a front cover. The module shell is configured to bear the speaker assembly, and comprises a first shell and a second shell, wherein the first shell is doped with a thermally conductive filler. The front cover is configured to cooperate with the module shell to encapsulate the speaker assembly. The speaker module provided by the present invention can quickly discharge heat generated by the speaker assembly during operation through the module shell to prevent overheat of the speaker assembly, thereby avoiding performance loss of a speaker due to high temperature.

A method is provided forming an airtight structure of an electroacoustic device which includes a body shell composed of at least two half-shells and at least one airtight structure region. The method includes providing an automatic glue dispensing device for dispensing and pre-curing a photo-curing glue for one of the two half-shells, putting the half-shell into a photo-curing device to convert the photo-curing glue pre-cured completely into an elastomer, and combining the half-shell and the other one to have a pressing wall of the other half-shell to press the elastomer to form the airtight structure of the electroacoustic device, wherein the automatic glue dispensing device includes a glue dispensing head moving on a groove of the airtight region of the half-shell for dispensing the photo-curing glue and a pre-curing head continuously providing a curing light ray for pre-curing the photo-curing glue.

A method for manufacturing a hearing device is disclosed. The hearing device comprises a speaker, a first chamber, and a sound channel arranged between the first chamber and the surroundings of the hearing device or a second chamber. An element of a thermoplastic material being in a solid state is arranged in the sound channel. A laser light is applied to the element to thereby activate the element to change from the solid state to a liquid state. The element then changes from the solid state to the liquid state filling out a cross-section of the sound channel and thereby sealing the sound channel. Finally, cooling of the element is allowed leading to a change of the element from the liquid state to solid state while filling out the cross-section of the sound channel.

An injection molding method for a product with a connection elastic sheet, a loudspeaker and an electronic device are provided. The method comprises: providing a blank material comprising at least one connection piece and a material connection strip, and each connection piece comprising an elastic arm portion and a wire portion; positioning the blank material as an insert in a first injection mold by means of the material connection strip; injecting a first injection plastic part into the first injection cavity to obtain a first injection product; processing the first injection product for bending up the elastic arm portion toward an outer surface of the first injection plastic part; placing the processed first injection product into a second injection cavity of a second injection mold, and sealing the elastic arm portion; and injecting a second injection plastic part into the second injection cavity.

The method includes the steps of providing a base member having a first side and an opposing second side and defining a thickness therebetween. The base member has a plurality of spaced blind holes wherein the first side is in communication with the plurality of blind holes and the second side defines a surface that is generally uniform and uninterrupted. The method further includes cutting the base member proximate the second side to remove a portion of the base member and define the speaker grill, and in response to cutting the base member, exposing the blind holes wherein the blind holes define apertures that extend completely through the speaker grill. A plastic speaker grill is provided having tightly-spaced and miniscule apertures.

The speaker module comprises a housing and a speaker unit comprising a vibrating diaphragm component and a magnetic circuit component. A front acoustic cavity and a rear acoustic cavity are formed between the speaker unit and the housing. An elastic element is provided on the housing and coupled to the end surface of an open end of the front or rear acoustic cavity. Use of the speaker module can reduce a step of manual fitting of the elastic element, ensure precision and stability, so that the elastic element is not prone to fall off, and tightness between sound outlet hole of the speaker module and sound hole of mobile phone can be ensured. The manufacturing method for the speaker module also can be extended to manufacturing of other structures requiring injection of a soft or rigid material into another material.

A multi-layered laminate for producing membranes for electroacoustic transducers, comprises a first layer of a polyether ether ketone film having a heat of crystallisation of at least 15 J/g, a second layer (of a thermoplastic plastic film having a heat of crystallisation of no more than 5 J/g, and an adhesive layer arranged between the first and second layers. Alternatively, the first and second layers are defined by their shrinkage properties after 15 minutes at 200° C.: the first layer has shrinkage of more than 10% in at least one direction, and the second layer has shrinkage of less than 10% in the longitudinal and transverse directions. A laminate constructed in this manner exhibits lower fold formation when processed using multi-cavity thermoforming. The laminates are useful for the production of membranes for electroacoustic transducers.

DIE INSERT FOR MOLDING A SPEAKER GRILLE

An insert of a die for molding a speaker grille includes a forming member. The forming member defines a forming surface, from which a plurality of pins extend for forming apertures in a speaker grille. The forming surface defines a plurality of apertures disposed at spaced locations between the pins. The apertures are interconnected with a plurality vent channels communicating the apertures with the vent channels for venting air disposed in a die when melted polymer used to form the speaker grill is injected into the die. The forming member and the vent channels are formed as a monolithic construction.
