Method of Removing Ink Layer from Shrink Sleeve Label
Provided is a method of efficiently removing an ink layer. The method of removing an ink layer from a shrink sleeve label includes preheating the shrink sleeve label including the ink layer, shredding the shrink sleeve label after the preheating to fabricate shrink sleeve label pieces , and removing the ink layer from the shrink sleeve label pieces by alkaline desorption. A temperature of the preheating is the same as a temperature of the alkaline desorption or higher than the temperature of the alkaline desorption.
MDO thermoresistant heat-shrinkable film
The present invention relates to an MDO heat-shrinkable film of a copolymer polyester having excellent thermal resistance. In particular, the present invention provides a copolymer polyester MDO (machine direction orientation) thermoresistant heat-shrinkable film that consists of a copolymer polyester resin including isosorbide and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol at an optimized content ratio as a diol component copolymerized with an acid component including terephthalic acid, and having a number average molecular weight of 18,000 g/mol or more, and can be used for labels, cap seals, direct packaging, etc. of various containers due to the high shrink initiation temperature.
Multilayer film for label and a method for providing such
The invention relates to providing a method for obtaining a multilayer film for thermally inducible shrink labels, products thereof and use of such products. The invention provides a multilayer film for labelling, the multilayer film comprising a first skin layer, a second skin layer and a core layer between the first skin layer and the second skin layer, wherein at least one of the first skin layer and the second skin layer comprises cyclic olefin copolymer and the core layer comprises copolymer of ethylene and butyl acrylate or propylene terpolymer.
Thermoplastic pavement marking and method of producing the same
A method of producing a preformed pavement marking prior to application to paving on the ground comprises: providing a first sheet (10a) of thermoplastic pavement marking material; providing a second sheet (10b) of thermoplastic pavement marking material; positioning the first and second sheets (10a, 10b) next to each other; transferring energy to an energization zone (28) along an edge of at least one of said first and second sheets (10a; 10b), to locally liquefy a portion of the thermoplastic material of said at least one of the first and second thermoplastic pavement marking material sheets (10a, 10b) in the energization zone (28); and solidifying the liquefied thermoplastic of the energization zone (28) to form a bond between the first and second sheets (10a, 10b).
MULTILAYER FILM FOR APPLYING LABELS ON ITEMS OF CLOTHING
A multilayer film (8) for applying a label (4) to a fabric support (2) by hot pressing includes a lower layer (8a), a barrier layer (8b) and an upper layer (8c). The lower layer (8a) is substantially made of copolyamide, the barrier layer (8b) is substantially made of EVOH, and the upper layer (8c) is substantially made of copolyamide. The film is particularly effective for limiting the migration of pigments from the fabric to the label.
TEXTILE PART PROVIDED WITH AN ELECTRONIC TAG COMPRISING A WIRED ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A PART
The invention relates to a method for making a textile part (A; A1, A2), comprising a step of forming a stitched seam (c1, c2, c3; C). The stitched seam step also aims to secure an electronic tag (1) to the textile part (A; A1, A2). The electronic tag (1) is formed from a strip comprising a wired electronic device comprising a chip (3a) associated with at least one antenna wire (3b), the chip (3a) and the antenna wire (3b) being arranged inside the stitched seam (c1, c2, c3; C). The invention also relates to the textile part provided with the tag.
COPOLYMERIZED POLYESTER RAW MATERIAL FOR FILM, HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYESTER-BASED FILM, HEAT-SHRINKABLE LABEL, AND PACKAGE PRODUCT
The invention provides a copolymerized polyester raw material for film, wherein (1) the copolymerized polyester raw material comprises 5-40 mol % of constituent unit derived from diethylene glycol in 100 mol % of total glycol component amount in whole polyester resin component; (2) the copolymerized polyester raw material comprises 0-5 mol % of constituent unit derived from a monomer component which can become an amorphous component in whole polyester resin component; (3) the copolymerized polyester raw material has a glass transition temperature of 73° C. or lower; (4) the copolymerized polyester raw material has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.60-0.85 dl/g; and (5) the copolymerized polyester raw material has a melt viscosity of 200 Pa.Math.S or less in a measurement at 255° C. and shear rate of 6080/S, as well as a heat-shrinkable polyester film which is produced by the raw material.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONAL DECORATION PIECE MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC RESIN
A method and an apparatus for producing a three-dimensional decoration piece that does not damage the tacky bonding or adhesion strength of the lower layer material of the decoration piece. The method includes putting an upper layer material on a first table operating as cathode; lowering an upper mold operating as anode onto the first table, emitting a high frequency wave for dielectric heating; stopping the high frequency dielectric heating; moving a second table carrying a lower layer material having a tacky bonding property to below the upper mold; and lowering said upper mold onto the second table. In the apparatus, the second table or the lower mold is provided on the top surface thereof with recessed sections that are transversally and inwardly separated from a position where an edge of the first machining means contacts, by 0.2 mm to 1 mm; and a cushion member being arranged in the respective recessed sections.
Composite label and method of making
A method for making labels comprising providing a plastic substrate layer and a paper substrate layer. The paper substrate layer comprises a printed display information sheet, wherein the printed display information sheet comprises a plurality of display information tags arranged in an array. The plastic substrate layer is coupled to each of the rows of display information tags within a first portion of the display information tags to form a composite substrate row. A first line of perforations is cut into a width of the composite substrate at one or more first spaced intervals, a length of the first spaced intervals being defined by a length of the display information tags.
