SYSTEM FOR CONTINUOUSLY PROCESSING PULVERULENT PRODUCTS
A system for continuously processing pulverulent products includes at least two system inlets for pulverulent products. A mixer is provided that continuously mixes the pulverulent products received at a mixer inlet into a product mixture that is dispensed at a mixer outlet. A production machine having a filling apparatus continuously processes the product mixture from the mixer outlet into end products dispensed at the machine outlet. A conveyor apparatus conveys the product mixture from the mixer outlet to the machine inlet. The conveyor apparatus includes a first fill level sensor that measures a product mixture fill level in the filling apparatus of the production machine and a second fill level measures a product mixture fill level in a conveyor reservoir. A control apparatus receives measurement data from the first fill level sensor and the second fill level sensor and controls at least one production parameter based on the measurement data.

SYSTEM FOR CONTINUOUS TIRE TREAD EXTRUSION, MOLDING, AND CURING
A system for the continuous extrusion, molding, and curing of tread rubber is provided. A plurality of discrete mold sectors are arranged adjacent to each other along a longitudinal axis between an in-feed and an out-feed of a mold sector transport mechanism that extends through a heated press. As the mold sectors are continuously advanced along a process direction in steps, rubber material is extruded and placed onto at least one of the mold sectors near the in-feed end such that an elongated strip of rubber material extends over multiple mold sectors along the longitudinal axis. As the strip of rubber material exits the press, the mold sectors are sequentially removed from the rubber material and returned to the in-feed. An extruder outlet positioned near the in-feed can be moved towards or away from the mold sectors to supply rubber material and prevent backflow.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPRESSED BODY OF POWDER
Provided is a method for producing a compressed body of a powder capable of improving a hardness while suppressing a decrease in production efficiency of the compressed body of the powder. A compressed body 14 of a powder is compression molded by compressing a powder supplied into die holes 18 by a lower punch 31 and an upper punch 32. In the compression molding, a first compression and a second compression following the first compression are performed. In the first compression, the compression is performed at a first compression speed, and in the second compression, the compression is performed at a second compression speed that is lower than the first compression speed.

A tablet press for producing tablets including: a press chamber, a receiving chamber, a first material container having the first active substance with a first dosing device, a controller, and an input device. The press chamber has an extendable upper punch, an extendable lower punch, and a die. The input device inputs a target indicating a number of produced tablets and a target mass indicating a quantity of the first active substance and transmits the target number and the target mass to the controller. The controller actuates the first dosing device, the upper punch, and the lower punch such that a quantity of the first active substance that corresponds to the target mass is filled into a central opening of the die and pressed by the punches to form a tablet, and to repeat until the target number of tablets are produced.
