Electrode Rolling Apparatus and Electrode Rolling Method
An electrode rolling apparatus a for rolling an electrode substrate having a coated portion and an uncoated portion includes a coil section having an effective region where a uniform magnetic field is generated; and an electrode rolling section for rolling the electrode substrate, wherein the coated portion and the uncoated portion each comprise a plurality of pattern portions, the uncoated portion comprising a first uncoated pattern portion located on at least one end of opposing ends of the electrode substrate and a second uncoated pattern portion located between coated pattern portions, wherein the coil section comprises a first coil section for heating the first uncoated pattern portion, and a second coil section for heating the second uncoated pattern portion, and wherein a heating temperature of the second coil section is lower than a heating temperature of the first coil section.
Topsheets integrated with heterogenous mass layer
An absorbent article and method of making the absorbent article are disclosed. The absorbent article having a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core structure having one or more layers wherein at least one layer is a heterogeneous mass layer, wherein the topsheet and the heterogeneous mass are integrated such that they reside in the same X-Y plane.
ROLL PRESS APPARATUS, PRESSING METHOD, AND SOLID-STATE BATTERY
An edge of a pressing target is suppressed from cracking. A roll press apparatus 100 has a roller 30 that presses a pressing target M. The roller 30 includes a first roller part 31 that presses the pressing target M in a radial direction of the roller 30 and a second roller part 32 that protrudes further than the first roller part 31 in the radial direction on each side of the first roller part 31 in an axial direction of the roller 30 to make contact with the pressing target M in the axial direction. Each of the second roller parts 32 has an elastic member E2 at least in a portion in contact with the pressing target M.
Method and system for impregnating fibers to form a prepreg
A method for impregnating a fibrous material with a curable resin to form a prepreg is disclosed. The method includes conveying a web material through at least one moving pressure nip formed between a moving pressure roller and a moving supporting surface, wherein the moving pressure roller and the moving supporting surface travel at different velocities relative to each other resulting in a relative velocity between the web material and the pressure nip. The at least one moving pressure nip travels in the same direction as the web material while applying sufficient pressure to compress the web material and to affect impregnation of the fibrous material with the curable resin. Also disclosed is a system for implementing the disclosed impregnation method.
Embossed sheet and method of making and using same
A embossed sheet embossed with projections creating an intermittent support surface for food. The embossed sheet may be inserted into a food package after cooking the food on which the cooked food is to be supported. Alternatively, the embossed sheet may be placed onto or into a pan or directly onto an oven rack to support the food while cooking and/or after cooking. Alternatively, the embossed sheet may be formed into a food package. The embossed sheet may be prepared using a one-pass or two pass process using a platen press or a roll-to-roll press or a multi-stage one pass machine.

ASYNCHRONOUS SPATIAL LBT
Improvements to asynchronous spatial listen before talk (LBT) procedures are disclosed. In a shared spectrum network spatial LBT procedures are used for directionally targeting the channel reservation process. Prior to transmitting channel reservation signaling, the transmitter and receiver determine an effective interference considering available multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) configuration information. When the effective interference exceeds a predefined threshold, the node may without transmission of its channel reservation signal. Otherwise, when the effective interference remains within the threshold, each node's transmitted channel reservation signal may also identify at least a beamforming matrix either as payload or used to precode the node's channel reservation signal.
A SYSTEM AND PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING OF A SALT BRIQUETTE
A system and method of briquette formation of hygroscopic metallic salts. The system including a feed hopper unit, a vibrating sieve unit, a briquetting unit, a belt conveyer, a bucket elevator, a double deck vibrating sieve unit, a product hopper unit, a by-product hopper unit, and a product and by product packing unit. the briquetting unit comprising an inclined screw conveyer unit is configured for pushing hygroscopic salt material into the briquetting unit, one or more briquette rollers configured for compression of feed material into briquette stripes and a cutting assembly configured to cut briquette stripes and to obtain the briquette of hygroscopic metallic salt. Hygroscopic metallic salt briquette manufactured by the process is easy to handle, transportable, storage stable and causes minimum loss of salt before the end use.
