Assembly of a Pellet Press and a Pellet Breaking Device Mounted on the Pellet Press
An assembly of a pellet press and a pellet breaking device mounted on the pellet press, the pellet press being equipped with a cylindrical outer wall that is provided with a series of radial through holes with a predefined hole-diameter for radially and outwardly pressing the pellets from within the press towards and away from an outer circumferential contour of the pellet press, the breaking device shaped as a spiral encircling the pellet press at a predefined distance from the outer circumferential contour of the pellet press, the spiral spans at least a part of the outer circumferential contour of the pellet press along an area that is provided with said through holes, and the predefined distance between the spiral and the outer circumferential contour of the pellet press amounts to at least twice the pre-defined hole-diameter of the through holes.
PELLET MILL ROLL TEMPERATURE SENSING
A roll assembly temperature sensing system for a pellet mill includes: a thermal sensor (160); and a pellet mill roll assembly rotatably disposed in a rotor assembly. The pellet mill roll (140) assembly includes: a roll shaft; a bearing disposed circumferentially around the roll shaft; and a seal (150) disposed between an end of the bearing and the rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes an area defining a die cavity adjacent to the seal (150). The thermal sensor (160) is disposed within the die cavity, and is configured to detect a temperature of the seal resulting from heat conducted from the bearing.
Pellet press
A pellet press having a motor with a motor housing and a rotor arranged rotatably in the housing. The rotor is a hollow shaft. A pressing mechanism has a pressing mold and pressing rolls arranged in the pressing mold. The rolls are fastened to a stationary shaft. The stationary shaft is arranged in the rotor designed as the hollow shaft. A mold holder is operationally connected to the pressing mold. The mold holder and the rotor are connected to each other by a shaft-hub connection such that a transmission of a torque of the rotor to the mold holder is ensured.
Biomass fuel manufacturing plant, manufacturing plant system, and biomass fuel manufacturing method
A biomass fuel manufacturing plant includes: a separating section that separates oil and water from oil-containing wastewater discharged from an essential oil plant that refines essential oil from fruits containing fats and oils, and separates the oil and water into POME oil and treated water; a discharged oil supply line that supplies at least one of the POME oil, discharged oil at compressing discharged when compressing empty fruit bunches, and discharged oil at crushing discharged when crushing the empty fruit bunches, to at least one or more locations of a carbonization section that generates carbide by performing heat treatment with respect to the empty fruit bunches discharged from the essential oil plant and a fuel generation section that generates a fuel from the carbide.
Pellet mill with addition of fluid
In a first aspect the present invention relates to a pellet mill (10) comprising a die (30) having a first surface (34) and a second surface (36), the die further comprising press holes (38) extending from the first surface to the second surface, at least one roller (50) configured to roll over the first surface for forcing a pelletizable material, forming a feed layer (2) on the first surface, through the press holes to the second surface, and a nozzle (82) configured to provide an additive fluid (4) directly into the nip (86) between the at least one roller and the first surface. In a second aspect the present invention relates to a method of producing pellets, and in a third aspect the present invention related to method of retrofitting a pellet mill.
Computer-based ordering system
A computer-based ordering system for ordering goods and services includes a plurality of self-service client terminals and a server. Each self-service client terminal runs a self-order application including a set of interactive menu screens having buttons that allow the customer to select and customize products for the order. An administration tool application communicates with the server to administer the self-service client terminals. The administration tool application including a menu editor that enables the administrator to create and edit the interactive menu screens provided by the self-order application at the self-service client terminals. The menu editor accesses a library of menu templates containing predefined groupings of buttons, and uses the menu templates, as directed by the administrator, during creation and editing of the interactive menu screens.
